I was escatatic to find a restaurant who fully catered for Coeliacs. The waitress took down my allergens & passed them onto the chef too! Food was delicious and priced accordingly.

We had a delightful lunch with good friends. The food was delicious and the service was perfect. I hope that the restaurant has more patrons as it would be a disaster to lose such a wonderful venue in our city. We will all return for another meal. Thank you to the team at Gum Bistro for providing us with an awesome meal and dining experience.

We ate the salmon Wellington with french beans, and it was all delicious. I higghly recommend you visit. The service was attentive, friendly and the staff egnuinely wanted you to enjoy your experience. Do yourself a favour and visit August!

The food was delicious overall and the service was wonderful. We did wine pairings for my in laws and our waitress was really great with recommendations as well as alternatives if we requested it. There was an issue where my husband's lamb main was much smaller than the others (we had lamb too) and they offered to cook a new plate but we settled on another side in the end. The only other issue was the Roasted Fig dessert had barely any figs in it (not even 1 whole small fig when the dessert is called Roasted Fig) so it was not enough to balance the saltiness of the whipped Mascarpone cheese. We forgot to bring it up with the waitress though, so perhaps they would have rectified it. Aside from that dessert, everything else was amazing!
