We went with few expectations and were totally surprised by the level that the chef had elevated the food. Being familiar with Korean cuisine, the flavour profiles were familiar enough, but the artistry lay in the little details such as a note of salted shrimp on the pork jowl. There were many other examples of the chef's inventiveness - the egg tofu, and jeon also stood out. I am definitely looking forward to our next meal there. 5 stars without hesitation.

Great service, delicious food. The $18 for 3 dishes of appetizer is great value. There is a 2-hour seating limit on a Friday evening and they told us beforehand and gave us polite reminders which were respectful. I mentioned it was my friend's birthday and they kindly came out and sang a birthday song for us which was so thoughtful. My friend and I enjoyed the meal and service very much that night!
