Led by Executive Chef William Wang, who has been cooking Dongbei food for over 20 years, our kitchen serves authentic Northern Chinese dishes with a contemporary New York vibe.Signature favorites include Tiger Salad, Traditional Dongbei Sweet & Sour Pork, Dongbei One-Pot Stew, Mongolia Cumin Big Lamb Chop, Soy-Braised Pork Big Bone, Crispy Squirrel-Style Fish, Black Truffle Cauliflower, and Candied Sweet Potato.
