We chose La Dong to celebrate our 19th wedding anniversary, and it turned out to be the perfect place for the occasion. Penny took care of us all evening and absolutely nailed every recommendation. The Wagyu Pho, Sugarcane Shrimp, and Beef Curry were all ridiculously good - one hit after another! The atmosphere deserves a mention too. It’s clear a lot of thought went into creating the space. It is legitimately a whole great vibe. Great food, outstanding service, and a memorable evening. We’ll definitely be back!

Food and service was delicious. One thing to be aware of is they do not make modifications to spice level. If you can’t handle too much spice I recommend the puffed tofu and dumplings for appetizers. For entrees recommend the Godunk fried rice, beef noodles, shrimp curry.

Very friendly staff. DELICOUS onigiri. There was a lot of meat fillers in the claypot rice. I wish they had added a few shiitake mushrooms for the aroma and flavoring. The scallion ginger on the table was great.
