Christian Encalada, executive chef, who has a successful career as background, graduated at Cenfotur (School of Peruvian and international gastronomy) in Lima Perú, where he took first place in the final cooking exam. His studies were followed by two years in a prestigious hotel in Spain. Worked for Gastón Acurio in “Tanta” for a season and then went back to Spain to improve his culinary style. After going back to Perú, Christian and Frank began the project “Warike” in Chorrillos, Frank giving his support from Alabama and waiting for the project in Miami to come true.

Excelente servicio, muy buena comida, recomiendo todo, en especial: el Tartar de atún, las empanadas, y los cortes de carnes. El ambiente inmejorable, tuvimos la oportunidad de oír y ver el show de Enrique Divine, gran artista!

Estuvimos Celebrando, es un lugar agradable para ir un grupo grande, la comida rica, el ambiente muy agradable, lo unico fue nuestra mesera, se tardaban mucho para tarer los tragos, era ladys Nigth y cada vez que pediamos un trago teniamos que enseñarle para quien era el trago, si la persona tenia vaso en la mano, no queria tomar la orden, me parecio muy mal, si es jueves de chicas y las chicas estamos pidiendo tragos no debe ella estar verificando si ya se termino su trago o no, nos dijo en varias oportunidades que los tragos se habia terminado y luego aparecia con alguno, en conclusion si va a ser noche de chicas no tienes porque limitarme...
