Best American Restaurants in Isleworth

I had a good experience at this barbecue with my 15-yo son. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with a comfortable setting that makes it easy to relax and enjoy a meal. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout, providing excellent service. Overall, the value is very good, and while the food itself was decent, it was the overall atmosphere and service that really stood out. I’d be happy to come back and recommend it to others looking for a pleasant and satisfying dining experience.

Had a fantastic meal at Chet’s, a Thai-Americana gem in Shepherd’s Bush that blends the bold, smoky flavors of Southeast Asia with the nostalgic comforts of a classic American diner. I went for the BBQ Rice Bowl with Grilled Aubergine (£12)—a deliciously smoky, well-balanced dish that really hit the spot. My friend had the Tuna Melt (£16), and wow, this wasn’t your standard sandwich! The tuna larb filling, packed with mint, coriander, red onion, and Kewpie mayo, was next-level. Add melted American cheese and a crispy, golden bread exterior, and it’s easily one of the best tuna melts I’ve tried. The coffee was great, rounding out the meal nicely, though I wasn’t the biggest fan of the crisps on the side—just a personal preference. Overall, a fantastic spot with unique flavors, a cool vibe, and well-executed dishes. Would I return? Absolutely.

Unfortunately there had been a fire before our visit which meant only the back of the restaurant was open so I can't judge this as a normal visit. Wasn't great having to walk through the smoking area to leave which was the lasting memory.
