Located at 5520 Burnet Rd. (Ste. 100), The Peached Tortilla specializes in Asian comfort food with a Southern twist. While the restaurant has brought some of the trucks’ street food favorites to the restaurant including its famous tacos and JapaJam burger, it boasts a number of new menu items influenced by Chef Eric Silverstein's childhood growing up in Asia.
