Best Afternoon Tea Restaurants in Rosedale / Summerhill

We had Afternoon Tea at the Windsor Arms. Loved the experience, the food was delicious and presented in a very cute and classy style. I loved the vintage crockery! Loved the ambiance too, the furniture and decor. Our server was very sweet and friendly, she even was kind enough to take a few pictures of us. I would have preferred one of the tables with the couches, to be honest, but well, maybe next time.

Consistent quality, attentive, accommodating staff. A lovely experience for returning like family being treated regally by old friends, and our U.S.A. guests loved it, too. Wonderful, fresh, simple, brunch choices with flowing pots of tea. Beautiful live piano music. Will always make this our preferred oasis in Toronto.

This is a beautiful hotel, we stayed for two hours and never felt rushed. Our sever was excellent. But I’ve had other high teas that were just better. One of the breads was a bit stale. Wanted to love it, at $78 a person it just wasn’t up to the cost.

Went here for Mother's Day. Overall I really enjoyed the vibe and atmosphere. However I felt that the food itself was really lacking, none of the savory items stood out, nor the desserts which was overall too sweet and tasted very standard. I've been here before last year and I see that they have not changed the menu basically at all. The best thing from the menu is the scones. Also I noticed that the tower that they serve the food in, is really rusty and not aesthetic at all. I wish they would have changed that.
