excellent venue for before show dining. The staff were outstanding. Professional, friendly and helpful.

What an incredible experience. From the moment I booked online, until I left. I can’t fault the restaurant, the staff were courteous, very attentive and accommodating. The food was tasty, different and delicious. The ambiance was soft sweet and had a good vibe. Sitting out doors, was cosy!!! Yep directly under a heater! The decor, tables, chairs was very old style yet fashionable and very delicate.. it’s a must..the price is quite reasonable.

I loved the Japanese inspired high tea menu. The fit out of the restaurant is very Zen. The servings and quantity of food is generous with a variety of savoury and sweet. A unique japanese theme menu throughout. Highly recommended. I will be back. Lovely friendly service

Really lovely staff and great service Food was excellent- beautifully presented and very generous servings We were pre theatre so everything was well timed without being rushed Great table on the window right on the corner of Exhibition and Lonsdale Streets Lovely atmosphere- quiet, modern with a nod to the heritage of Melbourne One of our favourite restaurants in the theatre district

The High Tea at the Rendezvous Hotel was outstanding, exceptional service and beautiful setting.
