The cuisine was absolutely delicious. Went for a birthday meetup with a friend and she was delighted. Great service, warm, inviting ambiance- and we both got the lovely pictures taken onsite to mark the occasion. Music was fantastic also!

Great new venue (from the admirable Marcus Samuelsson) for cocktails and light bites with an unrivaled rooftop view of bustling DC. Interesting cocktails, limited but good food options (delicious hummus and vegetables), and a friendly, low-key vibe. Loved our server Lilo -- super fun and friendly. Hope it succeeds!

I asked a cab driver which Ethiopian restaurant is the best. He immediately said Chercher. So we tried it and it did not disappoint. The food was flavorful and the service was great. The environment is small and intimate. My family and I loved it. The lamb is delicious! Highly recommend.

OMG! This is the place to be for delishous african cuisine. I dined on the fried filet catfish that was cooked to perfection, very tasty with Jolie rice and cabbage. All was absolutely taseful. The waitress was extremely helpful with my dinner choice and the meal came quick and hot. I felt like I was at home. I'm coming back real soon.
