Our second visit was every bit as delicious as our first. Staff was professional, gracious and knowledgeable and manager Brandon obviously cares deeply for his team. The atmosphere is classy with a nice variety of seating arrangements and the background music is perfectly pleasant.
We gave 5 stars plus to the Truffle Miso Soup (our highest), 5 stars for the pork Belly Bao and King Trumpet Mushroom. Our entrees Beauty and the Beast roll was 5 star and the Jalapeño Business Roll was fabulous.
Of three sakis tried, we found Puppet Show to be unusually smooth and rich, a surprise since we normally prefer unfiltered.
We tried a local IPA, Moon Boots and found it had several layers of tasty flavors.
Our desserts earned high praises. The Yuzu Lime Tart with Coconut Ice Cream topped with a Swiss Meringue was 5 star. The purple Ube Cheesecake with almond crusted cashews was smothered in a blueberry boba compote and that was so nice to linger over.
We made reservations and went early (5:00PM). We felt welcome and pampered and highly recommend you taste of Seito’s hospitality and their highly sophisticated food offerings.
