Our server Olivia J was excellent! I was catching up with a former neighbor/friend who will be 80 yrs young soon. Olivia never rushed the service as we talked and talked. Food was delicious but the lemon blueberry cake was outstanding! And Olivia returned my credit card that I left in the bill folder. Thank you Olivia! 5 stars!!!!!

I rated this restaurant 4 stars for 2 reasons…the first is that my husband’s Shrimp & Grits came out in a cold dish…he thought it would be hot, but he said it was cold. He loved his meal though. The second reason is that the hostess was not very friendly. When greeting customers it’s courteous to smile. I know it was busy, but really? Our friends loved their meals as well.

This was our second time at Alder and Iron. The first time didn’t go so well and they were out of stock on multiple items. We were given a gift card to give them a second chance and wow what a difference! We went for our anniversary dinner and the food and drinks were outstanding! Our server Nancy gave us the royal treatment. She was fabulous!!! We will definitely return. 👍😊
