Coquette is a French bistro in Uptown next to the Bechtler Art Museum. On our first visit, it was busy early with diners who would later go to a college football game. While we had an early reservation in order to see a play later that evening, we were still seated promptly and began to receive the attention of a very able staff who ably managed the crowded tables. The food was absolutely delicious, from the Coquille St Jacques to the mussels in white wine and the coq au vin. Every server we spoke to was knowledgeable and helpful, and we watched as a variety of servers pitched in regardless of their assigned tables. We will definitely be back.

The food and servers are fantastic. Excellent choice of options. The meal starts with an awesome salad, followed by a great antre and side. It is a little bit expensive for Locust, but it is so worth it.
