La CUCINA enoteca jouit d'un emplacement central dans le site Irvine Spectrum. La propriétaire Tracy Borkum a une fois de plus le flair pour combiner une superbe ambiance, une cuisine primée et un service sans pareil qui mettent une fois de plus en vedette des composants dans cette dernière création Urban Group Cuisine. Le chef exécutif Joe Magnanelli et le chef de cuisine Tony Trujillo apportent leur art à la table puisque les clients bénéficient d'une cuisine ouverte. Le menu prpose une sélection de plats classiques italiens à la touche moderne et réalisé à partir d'ingrédients frais, locaux, bio et respectueux de l'environnement. En plus d'une sélection variée de vins proposés au verre, vous pourrez également visiter la zone de vente au détail du restaurant et choisir parmi plus de 200 bouteilles pour le souper (droit de bouchon de 8 USD) ou du vin à acheter et emporter. L'espace dynamique se compose d'éléments contemporains et d'objets vintage qui créent la sensation d'une cuisine italienne moderne combinée avec le confort d'une vieille ferme rustique.

We chose this restaurant based on its glowing reviews, but unfortunately, our experience didn’t live up to them—it may have simply been an off night. The ambiance and service were generally pleasant, but the food fell far short of expectations. The whipped ricotta and focaccia were the only dishes we truly enjoyed. The octopus had an unpleasantly fishy taste, the Bavette steak was off both in flavor and smell, and the shrimp pasta was overcooked. Despite the fact that most of our dishes went largely untouched, no one asked for feedback or offered to make things right. We were hosting a client for dinner, which made the experience all the more disappointing and uncomfortable.

I cannot express how much I love this place.The food and ambience was excellent like always. We are never disappointed when we come here. For those who are Gluten-free, I highly recommend the Short Rib Amalfadine. The Servers and Chef are very good at accommodations and allergies. Overall, a great experience.

Mathew was our server and he did a fantastic job! Very attentive and engaging. He recommended the Bavette steak and it was outstanding! Highly recommend it to any steak lover.

My family had a dinner here the other day, right after the movie across the plaza, at Irvine Spectrum. Very convenient location. We made a reservation earlier that day and barely had to wait for our table. I loved the atmosphere inside. Our waiter was very pleasant, too. All the food was good. We shared a mushroom pizza with prosciutto and a salad. Delicious! Our daughter got an item from the kids menu that tasted really good, too. They were kind to make a drink that was not on the menu and it was great. I think it’s a great spot for any occasion. Recommend!

Had to use our phone lights to read the menu but it was worth it. Nothing better than fresh handmade food. The zucchini blossoms, amazing!! Perfect pasta, incredible pizza, with great service, we’ll be back.
