Galentines day was a blast because of the amazing vibes and unbeatable service
Service was amazing. Didn’t get our waiters name but he was working upstairs. Dude was doing it all.
Came around with 3 rounds of shots throughout the dinner lol
If you are looking for a reasonably priced, YUMMY, sit down sushi experience in Boston, Crudo is for you!!! The vibe is very upbeat and they play great music, and the food is to die for!
Had such a great experience. It was my first time coming here the staff was so nice and attentive to us. Cannot wait to go back!
Great service and food was great. Will be back again.
From the delicious food and drinks to the excellent service and the fun, lively vibes, Crudo is a great spot for dinner, drinks and/or a good time.
i love this place. huge variety of sushi rolls and all the ones i have had are perfect. nice environment!
BEST sushi spot in the North End. Incredible rolls and the service is top notch. Great vibe at this place
Service was Terrible
Birthday for my girlfriend.
Sushi is the North End may seem unusual but we wanted easy to share food that you can eat outside. Reservations were easy with Open Table. Outdoor seating is essential for many front line workers who can’t eat indoors to stay safe AND sushi outdoors is very difficult to find because it is usually in a bar atmosphere. Sitting in a barricaded courtyard in the North End was very quaint and quite festive. We had 6 rolls and no 2 looked alike or tasted similar.
Team seated us inside upstairs given that it got cold outside. Food was great. Very socially distant for COVID.
Sushi was fresh and delicious, drinks were very good too! We will definitely be returning.
Our server was amazing, we had a reservation and had to wait a bit and he comped our drinks. Excellent service and outstanding food.
We were there for our daughter's 15 birthday. I put in the reservation that it was for a birthday, but they didn't mention it or anything. Instead they messed up two orders, one of which we asked them to correct, the other we did not bother. The food was mediocre, and over priced. There were large times when we didn't see any servers and so we didn't get what we needed. The soy sauce came out in small plastic containers (which is understandable under corona virus), but the slightest breeze then blew them around the table with soy sauce dripping from them. They needed to give us a place to put the trash. They also needed to give us more wasabi with the soy sauce but it never came. I want to support them so I hope that they read this and step up their game. I'm rooting for them, but won't go back based on this experience.
Just some slippage maybe to be expected these days. Generally food and even draft beer not seeming as fresh.
Service was ok, not great. Food was good, not exceptional. Will have to go back when things are “normal” again.
Beautiful outdoor street dining in Boston. Well distanced and best sushi I’ve ever had.
Outdoor socially distanced seating was great- so nice to be able to enjoy a great meal out again. Service was super friendly, professional, and efficient. Food was outstanding. We enjoyed the Hamachi and torched salmon appetizers, followed by the geisha and shogun rolls, and also the brussels sprouts. Highly recommend all of these dishes. Also had the cucumber Martini which was also a hit. Thank you for the great experience!
The food is absolutely amazing! The service was spectacular! Everyone is so nice and friendly! We didn’t have to sit around and wait forever for our food which was great. The drinks were also on point!
Loved the outdoor setting, super romantic. Amazing service and fresh sushi. Couldn’t have asked for a better night, complete with yummy Saki for two.
They said they had outdoor seating but it was just upstairs with large windows opened, wished that was disclosed before booking but other than that food was good.
Ambiance during COVID was expected at outside seating but we will go back.
Heard about this place and finally made our way! We had the crab Rangoons and sushi combo. All was fantastic and fresh. Waitress was super nice, service was quick. I had the mai tai was perfect and that was also delicious! I will deff come back again. Outside seating that was setup on the street was super romantic as well.
It seemed extremely disorganized and there were 3 different servers all coming to the table repeatedly asking the exact same questions and clearly not communicating with each other and constantly interrupting our meal.
Not a single person working was wearing a mask for safety.
In addition, I ordered several very simple items that were gluten free. the chef decided that crab was gluten (its clearly not a wheat product) so eliminated it from my rolls, leaving only vegetables much to my confusion. Would not recommend this restaurant. What a mess and not worth the cost of the meal
There was no photo on the cardapio, the photos of the site and social media most dishes had already left the menu
Fabulous food and service and we had a great window spot overlooking the street. Lovely cocktails. A change of pace gem in the North End.
I love this please. Good amount of food for a reasonable price
Firecracker calamari and Hamachi carpaccio were excellent. Nice outdoor seating druing COVID operations.
Really awesome portions of seafood; not skimpy at all. We usually head to the North End for italian food, but we were pleasantly surprised by Crudo. We will be back, for sure.
Outdoor seating, but packed in. No observing of social distancing. Food was meh.
We came here for my boyfriend's birthday with my boyfriend and friend and it was the first time we went out since the quarantine started. They were able to sit us immediately on the patio area! The tables were decently spaced apart. The food was delicious! Nice and attentive service. I got the salmon lovers roll along with the udon noodles - perfect amount of food for the price. The cocktails were also pretty delicious. Will definitely be back at some point!
Appears this place is falsely advertised online. May need new pics and a description of who you’ll be sitting around when you go in. Terrible cold air draft coming in through our window. Music was extremely loud. Felt like I was at a rock concert instead of a Sushi bar. Service was terrible. Bartender was serving the whole first floor as well. Took forever to get check and had to wave the bartender over. Never got checked on for drink refills or anything. Place reeked of weed as soon as we walked in. Female hostess sat people that got there after other people. She also came from the back blowing some smoke or vape out of her mouth. Wouldn’t recommend and would not go back. Food was the only okay thing of the night.
The restaurant did not honor our reservation. There was no table for us and we were originally told that we would have to wait behind people who walked in the door. When they seated us, we were seated next to a very drafty door and our order took an hour to get to the table. No one checked in with us during that time. The food was good, but it was not a good experience.
Love this place! One of the great (non Italian) food places in the North End.
I was confused by the food this time. The lobster tasted and felt like it was frozen in our sushi rolls and the raw tuna was slimy to the point I didn’t want to eat it. That was not a texture I felt comfortable eating. I also ran out of water and the waitress never came to refill it until we asked for our check. I ended up drinking my friends water and then just staring anyone who worked down to be acknowledged because some of the food was spicy when the menu didn’t indicate it. It was very unpleasant.
