The service and food were impeccable!
Went for Coolinary 2020. Everything was wonderful. Loved the salad. Entree was fish. very tasty.
Sweet potato fries were amazing and my son loved his dessert want to try strawberry salad next time
We had a wonderful time and fantastic food! Our waiter David was wonderful! I highly recommend going here if you are in New Olreans and would like a nice dinner.
Absolutely wonderful experience! Staff was fantastic! Food and service was excellent!
Very good food and good service. Wish I can rate 10!
Great tucked away restaurant with WONDERFUL food and service. Worth finding in the hotel to enjoy.
Selection and pricing were good for this restaurant in the iconic hotel. Breakfast steak could have been a better quality but it was cooked perfectly to order. The beignets are the best I’ve had in the city! The service was impeccable!
Had the best breakfast here. Decently priced and beautiful. The service, food and drinks was incredible.
Great all around. They really went out of their way to make our anniversary special!
Michael was a great host.
From the doorman to the maitre d, everything was fantastic
I will be back and soon.As long as Gov Regard keeps out
I ordered a filet medium and it came out well done. I could barely swallow it. First meal with my husband since Corona. Very disappointing!!
Good food and great service! Will definitely eat there again!
Very consistent food and service.
The oysters Rockefeller were a fine version, and so was the stuffed red snapper. Do not expect "cutting edge" here, but if you want traditional NOLA cuisine well executed you can't go wrong at Criollo. Mike's service was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. His wine recommendation was outstanding.
Great breakfast and nice ambiance! I really enjoyed the attentiveness of the staff.
Delicious food in a beautiful setting with attentive and interesting staff.
Food Great, Staff friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our time there!
Omy if this had been our first visit we would have never come back. First let me say the restaurant wasn’t busy. The service mediocre at best and the food ugh. We will be back because previous experiences were excellent. It troublesome when you bring business acquaintances and get this experience. We always stay at the Monteleone and this was our only disappointment!
The Food & Atmosphere were both Amazing!
This place is great. Food was top notch. Delicious, perfectly cooked, and the service was outstanding. Must try this if you’re in NOLA. And to top it off the lounge was jumping with music and dancing!!!
Always have a great meal. Service was excellent and food delicious.
Kathy was an amazing server! Everyone ASK FOR KATHY
Service was exceptional. Binet are the best in the city. Breakfast and dinner were delicious.
This is one of those restaurants that may not get the patronage it deserves because some people avoid restaurants that are in hotels. I have been to dozens of restaurants in New Orleans through the years and Crillo is on my A-list. The food is terrific.
We went for dinner and the food was not very good. I had swordfish and my wife had a bake shrimp dish. Hers wasn’t that bad but mine was not good at all. The noise from the bar in the hotel made having a conversation almost impossible. The wait staff were very good
Great atmosphere, great service and great food. The crab cake appetizer, the lamb chop and veal Oscar entrees, and the strawberry beignets and crème brulee desserts were exceptional.
Server was hard to understand. Limited mardi gras menu was disappointing as the whole reason for choosing the restaurant was because of full m
This was the worst and most expensive meal we had on our entire trip to New Orleans. The waiter was unfriendly and only came to our table twice; once when we got there and once to take our order. The appetizers were fine, but two of the entrees we received were inedible. There was no one around to let know and we had to get the busboy to track down our check. I would not go back and would recommend avoiding completely, especially when there are so many other great restaurants to experience and enjoy.
Our food was disgusting!!!
Service, food and wine were all average at best. There were no highs or over arching lows either. The food was of good quality but no real flavor. Pass on this restaurant there are better places in NOLA
The food was beautiful and delicious, the restaurant was beautiful, and the service was some of the best I've ever experienced. Made my daughter's 30th birthday celebration absolutely perfect!!
Lovely restaurant- upscale setting- Jonas, our server, was attentive and helpful. Food, especially the red fish and swordfish, was excellent.
Service and food was amazing, must try the gumbo and drinks!
We booked at the last minute and were so happy to get an early dinner reservation. The service was outstanding (kudos to Arles and to Ina). The drinks were perfectly made to our specification. And, the food was superb - especially the crab cake, Caesar salad, and the bread pudding (best ever).
It was a decent meal. The avocado toast was small and dry and the omelette was basic. The chicken and biscuit was decent and was the best meal of our entire group.
Criollo is a famous location worth trying as a place to say you have been. The service was mediocre and the food unmemorable. Not sorry we went but probably won't return on future visits.
Very nice lunch before attending the matinee at the Saenger. Puffed seafood pastry was very good, the Louie salad was OK. The shrimp needed a little something; however, the salad dressing was very good. The only complaint would be the timing of the entrees'. We were enjoying pre-lunch drinks and our entrees' came out, quickly right after we ordered. We would have preferred they were served a little closer to the end of our drinks. Other than that, we would dine there again.
The only thing I liked about my meal was the bread. Everything else was average.
