I want to begin with, it was my sister's birthday which I stated in the reservation. I chose your establishment bc it's one of our favs! I did modify the time because of traffic. ( I am a local) We were late for our reservation because of the traffic. I want to thank the kind lady that called to check and see if we were still coming so we got out of the Uber and walked! We get there and there's hardly anyone in the restaurant. We were greeted, Sarah was nice. She joked with us. We ordered water because we had walked several blocks, fast, to get there. We got our bar drinks, no water. Ok, cool, we didn't make a fuss, just asked again. We placed our food order. Sarah came back to make sure of what we ordered. The crabmeat hush puppies came out overcooked. We didn't complain. Finally get the water after asking 3x's. Didn't complain. My steak was burnt on the outside, very charred grill marks. The inside was ok, just not hot. Still didn't complain. A shrimp po-boy was left off of the order, so one guest had to wait while everyone else had their food. DID NOT complain. We noticed Sarah started acting weird, like she couldn't remember anything. I noticed the last table that came in, grabbed chairs and put their feet up. Im thinking they are tired because of tired and walking. No.... Im eating, and I thought I saw something in the corner of my eye. Continued to eat, its mice. I try not to upset the table. We have two at the table that are so afraid of them which shouldn't matter. We still did not complain because we didn't want to be labeled. Now I see why the other guest had their feet up and were frantic. We spent around, $500-$600 in your establishment. Did not complain one time. I did however leave a note on the score card that we were handed. We paid our bill that included gratuity. Service could have been better and we definitely couldve gone without seeing mice run throughout the restaurant while eating. We left, I truly didn't want to ruin the night.

Our server was Sarah! She was wonderful! Atmosohere was wonderful! Food was amazing! Also, kid friendly.

Great food, great service and nice ambiance. We had a large party, which could have been troublesome, but we got food and drinks in a timely manner.

Gail was a phenomenal server. And it was a wonderful place for our rehearsal dinner and party of 19! At a very reasonable cost.

We have always enjoyed Crescent City Brewhouse. This one was a miss. My meal of shrimp and grits was delivered lukewarm. We always enjoy the music. The combo was piano, sax, and bass. They would play a song and then stop for about 10 minutes. It almost seemed like they were working out tunes. At this rate, after only a few tunes it was time for their break. When they came back, the pattern continued. They were good, but after being there almost 2 hours we only heard about 20 minutes of music. Not a good night.

Do not go here. The food was mediocre at best. The service was terrible. Server was on something.

After a fun but full day in the heat this was a great place to get so e fabulous food, cool down and listen to some live Jazz. Mahalo
