Very expensive and had to ask her water refills multiple times. The portions were very tiny and the food is not that flavorful .

Food was very good. Server was attentive. But when one of our party told the server that she didn’t like a drink that was recommended, and ordered a glass of wine instead, no apologies were made and they were still charged for the drink.

We had a large party and were sat in the high top table. The chairs were not comfortable and accommodating. We also had one server, the server didn’t offer refills. We had to ask for the server to come take our order, get drinks that had been sitting at the bar for 20 min. Told that meat cuts were gone and that something else had to be picked, but when inquired about a different cut of steak told that we were offering that to other customers but we can’t accommodate you. Wasn’t the best experience and we were there for 2 and a half hours and ordered right away. Food was good but service was not.

Waiter forgot one entree, took another half hour to get. He never came to check, apologize (until it was time to pay), refresh water or drinks, or anything. Ended up almost 2 hours. And then the bill was wrong. We go to Crave for consistent good food and service and experience. This trip was none of those.

Overall good experience per usual. We were one of the last tables of the evening and there was lots of closing cleaning going on all around us. The food and service was great. Just felt like we were staying past our welcome as the last table. Got there at 8:15, I didn’t anticipate it feeling so late.

Had a reservation at 615. Arrived on time and was greeted by a very rude hostess who said that they had a lot of walk ins and large parties and that we may need to wait 45 minutes. I asked if there was an issue with open table reservations and she said no. We did get seated at 630, drinks ordered within a reasonable amount of time. However by 7pm our drinks had not arrived to our table. We then decided to leave as we didn’t feel like this was the experience we had anticipated. Very disappointing.
