All staff was friendly and attentive. Food was great and so was the service.
I would highly recommend Crave.
Good service. Manager helpful
Went to mall from out of town.
Service was excellent.
Had special orders that were executed nicely.
Everything was very good and for food in s mall it was beyond our expectations.
We love Crave MOA, go there every time we are visiting MN. Food was excellent. Waiter, not so good. Had a bit of an attitude and was a bit smug, basically seemed like he did not want to be there. Slow on drink orders to the point that the person that brought our food to the table took our drink orders. We will be back and hopefully not have the same waiter.
Everyone in the restaurant must have put their orders in at the same time as it took about 40 minutes for kids grilled cheese and buttered noodles and pulled pork nachos appetizer which seems like a pretty simple order. Other than that our waitress was very friendly and manager stopped by to assure us our food was coming and apologized for the long wait which was a nice touch.
We got two appetizers and two main dishes to share among the three of us and we could hardly finish it all each dish was outstanding and we enjoyed the complementary birthday dessert with a sparkler on top
Large number of menu selections, good food, cold beer.
Crave is always a great place for dinner or lunch. However this time the service staff seemed to busy to help
The noise level at the crave MOA makes it hard to hear waiters and engage in a conversation without feeling like you are yelling. I do like the restaurant area.
The waiter was excellent! One of best at assisting and accommodating.
We had one of best meals there... hot food, great hot fries, every meal well made. We ate it all! One meal was Asian salad, one a well made burger and caprese without chicken , and third one was rice and jerk shrimp. All well made, presented, and tasty.
Our only concern was that the room was very loud and we had met another couple to visit over dinner. In the future, I would ask whether there was a quieter area of the restaurant. That was the only drawback, however. The rest of the experience was very good.
Awesome food. Rachel was very attentive. Food was prepared quick and was excellent. I had the quinoa and couscous bowl with salmon. My wife had the lamb burger.
Great service, great food, great ambiance. We have a service dog for our son, and the staff allowed us to take a table for more guests than we had to accommodate him, so he could lie next to our son. This was MUCH appreciated.
Food was ok .. service was lacking.
They have a so called Argentinian ribeye, which is covered by a green dressing. Some people may like it, but i could not taste my steak! So weird! Also we ordered one of their sushi rolls, which barely had any fish!
Our service tonight was super and the food was equally good
It was great
Fairly good gluten sensitive menu. Fairly loud if you are planning to have conversation during your meal.
I wasn't impressed at all. I server was fantastic and probably the only highlight of the night. He provided some recommendations as well as went back to the kitchen and asked some additional questions we had. We were greeted and seated probably by a loud table. I had requested a quite both since it was a date night and a later reservation. This should have been easily accommodated. As far as the food goes I had the Peach Gazpatio soup which the peach didn't come through. Our server brought more bread as he could tell that it was used to take away some of the bite of the peppers. As for main courses My wife had the mushroom fettuccine which is hard to screw up. I had the Roasted Chicken Special. The chicken was very dry, the green beans have far to much oil. The Corn Bread Souffle was great however. Overall we gave the Server a great tip. However not worth a $75 bill with no drinks.
This is my second attempt at Crave. The first was in Maple Grove. Not worth the $36 for ribeye at either location! Very overpriced for the quality! Maybe steak is not your specialty?
Crave was fantastic for a date night. The service was stellar, atmosphere was fun, and the food was delicious. Definitely a fun place to go!
The food was amazing and our server for the night was really helpful and nice
I asked for a well done steak and it was bright pink in the middle which messed up my entire meal. The coconut cake I brought home was not up to standards either. I usually dine at the CRAVE in downtown Minneapolis and i get the same thing every time and it taste good every time. Eating here was a disappointment.
Food was served very quickly and as usual tasted amazing!
My co-worker really enjoyed his bourbon strip steak
The staff was amazing, courteous, and the food was delicious. Our server was wonderful and was willing to help us pick out food for our first visit. We will definitely return.
Poor and slow service. Had to remind waiter twice to bring drinks. Then they were warm. Food was so-so at best especially for the price. Never again.
Great place -- for both dinner and lunch. Excellent food and service. Not a typical "mall restaurant."
Excellent restaurant, lovely decor, comfortable seating, delicious and creative food selections, overall wonderful restaurant where I will go again.
I had a hard time deciding whiczdx
Our go to spot for a nice dinner at MOA. This time tried the bison burger and date had the Mexican sushi. She really liked the sushi. Bison burger was very good. Had a couple of the signature cocktails that were well crafted. Finished off with cookies and cream cake. That was very good as well. Light and airy cake.
Waitress was nice but clearly not trying very hard. Innattentive. She didnt even notice she only brought out half my my meal to the table. Missing the bowl of grain of a “grain bowl” that I ordered.
We had a birthday dinner planned for 7 people. When we arrived, I found out that I had made a mistake and that our reservation was for the next day. The manager was able to help us out and found a way to seat us fairly quickly. We are so very apprece of him and all of the wait staff who made our evening enjoyable.
Poor service. Crave added extra fees to the bill that had to be argued about. The experience was poor, the wait staff unfriendly, and management was condescending and unhelpful. I would not recommend Crave to friends or family. Avoid Crave at all costs; there are many other great and hospitable options at MOA. We felt cheated by the end of our experience at Crave. It felt like they were trying to add hidden fees that were not shared with us or explained.
I asked to substitute cauliflower rice instead of potatoes and she brought out frozen cauliflower rice in a bowl and expected me to eat it. My husband ordered one type of beer and she brought him a different type. I waited for a water refill for over half my meal. When we were sat no one came over to get out drinks for over 10 minutes. I was super embarrassed to have picked this place for dinner with my sister and her boyfriend because the service was so awful and the food was mediocre. Not worth the $90 bill for just two people. Never again.
This location DOES NOT serve brunch. We went for brunch but ended up having lunch instead. The food and service was great, just wish it had been more clear on their website that there was no brunch. All the other locations I have been to serve a great brunch.
Very loud, food not very good
Service is always pleasant and efficient and Johnathan is one of my favorite servers
Bday it was great
The waiter was amazing, hands down. What happened was not his fault and he did everything to fix it after ge found out. My daughter has Celiac disease. She cant have gluten. It's not a fad diet, we weren't being picky, shes 9. We ordered off the gluten sensitive menu and order the parmesan truffle fries. Our waiter came out half way through us eating it to tell us that it might not be gluten free after all. He removes it from our ticket, and said that if she gets sick, to call Crave as a heads up. Honest and caring 5 stars. She did get sick a bit later. Doubled over with stomach pain, I take her in to urgent care. Call the manager. He hands me off to the assistant general manager. He apologizes but maintains that they cant guarentee anything is gluten free even on the the gluten free menu. He doesnt offer any steps to fix this slight, or keep us as guests. It was a really disappointing and painful experience for both my daughter and I. Food allergies should always be taken seriously.
