Yukon Gold, Chives
Excellent food, drinks and service!!
Key lime pie cocktail 10/10, shrimp cocktail (5shrimps of medium size) flavor okay/ price bit high for quantity, salmon with couscous perfectly cooked, monkey bread amazing.
Great experience. Will be back soon.
Quite possibly the best dining experience I’ve had. I’ve been there before, but this one was the best. The four waiters, food, ambiance, etc was all so amazing.
I’ll start out by saying that the food was excellent. My problem with the experience was the service.
The first ten minutes of us arriving, we had three servers attending to us one at a time. The servers would just walk up to the table, and start on a long 2-3 minute monologue about the wine of the evening, or how we should trust their recommendations, and then when they would leave, the next server would appear and the cycle would repeat. Not to mention we were sat within two feet of the server station, making the whole experience incredibly noisy.
Finally, we were given a moment to look over the menu and made our decision to both try the three course chefs meal. One server reappeared to take our order. My girlfriend and I don’t drink, and once the staff was aware we weren’t going to be adding to our bill with alcohol, we were basically ignored by the wait staff. We had to signal someone every time we needed water, we needed a check, everything. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a fine dining experience that matches the price tag.
We had a wonderful visit to start off our vacation. Service, food and drink were all top notch. I highly recommend adding it to your “must eats”.
Great Steak. Awesome service. Ambiance was perfect. Will return.
Wine and food were delicious. They made it easy to eat family style which we love.
Very disappointing service experience. We have dined here multiple times in the past and this time was awful. Waited a long time to get our order in. Waiter was argumentative with my husband over his order preferences in his salad. We should have just left at this point because this soured the whole experience.
Great loved it
Great restaurant, service and food. Definitely a restaurant to try.
We were expecting a moderate to high end experience. Other than the price of the food there wasn’t really anything high-end about it. The dishes looked like they could have been from Denny’s and if you’re used to having nice grass fed meat from a butcher this place doesn’t really compare. Side dishes were mediocre. It is a hotel restaurant though, my expectations may have been too high.
Great time great food
We ordered a filet mignon and we DID NOT RECEIVE A FILET.
We were out for “Date Nite”. We enjoyed an amazing dinner. Craft is always a Steak House you will always have an enjoyable evening with one of the best dinners you will ever enjoy! Staff is amazing, you can always trust their recommendations!
Love, love, love this restaurant! Food and service are wonderful! My friend and I split a salad, a ribeye steak and two sides and we were stuffed. This is my go-to favorite fancy plate to eat in Vegas!
Do not waste your time and money. Skip!
Overrated and overpriced. Food is just average, service is ok, place is boring. Go elsewhere. Trust me!
went to craftstrak for date night with my love.. food was amazing staff was amazing ambiance amazin.. definitely worth the money..
Awesome as always
Our main go to every time we're in Vegas. Simply outstanding!
Overall, we enjoyed our time here. Our server was attentive and the staff was really professional.
We have eaten at Craftsteak on several occasions over the years. Our previous experiences have always been nice. However, on this last visit we noticed some subtle and some not so subtle changes in our overall dining experience. We felt the recorded music selection was inappropriate for the venue and that evening's clientele. Classical or easy listening music would have been a much better choice and would have set the stage for a more upscale evening. Usually a complaint is issued when the food preparation and delivery to the table takes too long. In our case it was the opposite. We had just been served our cocktails and the first course was brought out. Since the pandemic has played havoc with so many restaurants, we are thinking perhaps some of the regular staff have not yet returned to work and that may have contributed to some things being a little out of sync. We will certainly dine there again but with the expectation of the experience being the same as those we experienced in past visits.
Delicious food, though the sides were average. Mozzarella appetizer was incredible and they gave me a candle with my chocolate cake for my birthday. Our service was fantastic.
Blue was wonderful
We booked reservations and when we showed up to eat it was closed. Their loss. Next door to Emerils.
My wife and I had a spectacular experience even though I do not eat much red meat. The Domestic Wagyu skirt steak my wife ordered was one of the best steaks I've ever eaten. My steak was solid but in terms of pure flavor, hers won hands down.
We were also very impressed with the service. The server perfectly balanced leaving us alone to enjoy our meal and checking in with us to see how things were going. Craftsteak is well worth a repeat visit the next time we are in Vegas.
We came for my friend’s 49th birthday! The food was delicious, ambiance was present, but the server was not the most pleasant. Other than this, great experience, would love to return.
Amazing dinner. The Wagyu filet was so tender and flavorful. The Monkey bread was so good. The staff are so helpful. They remembered us from when we were there in September. I highly recommend going here!
Food was mediocre at best! We make steaks at home better. $260 for a very very mediocre experience and food.
Victor for President. Best server in Vegas.
Good dinner. Menu is not cheap and a loud neighbor table was a little unpleasant until they left.
My filet - was burn and dry instead of medium rare . When the staff came by to ask and we told them they got very defensive. Definitely won’t be coming back
Dinner was not good, we were very disappointed. I ordered the $80 lobster, and no taste to it. The only thing that was good was the wine.
The Chef's Menu is a great choice if you want an appetizer/salad, steak, side, and dessert. We had the American wagyu option and split two appetizers, a new york and a filet which were served sliced for ease of sharing, had the carrots and mushrooms and chocolate cake and ice cream. It was all delicious and the service was superb.
Customer service is top notch. Food was delicious!
Took advantage of the chef special, but was disappointed that the lobster wasn't included in the $110 special - had to go to the $140 special to get a small lobster. Our waiter was very good.
The food was amazing and so was the staff. Totally worth it.
One of our favorite places to eat in Vegas. Fabulous as usual.
Fantastic experience all around!
The service was a dream. Everyone made you feel very special. This is not a bargain place for sure but you know that going into it .... get the monkey bread for sure :)
