The food was not great it just ok. I wouldn’t eat here again but not bad for a last minute dinner choice
Best steakhouse we have been to! Our server Stacey was amazing! She explained the menu and helped us order the house favorites. Her recommendations were spot on! The ambiance was very comfortable and we enjoyed our dinner. We will definitely be back!
I had high expectations for this restaurant given Tom Collichio’s reputation. First the highlights: the cocktails, crema brûlée, and potato purée were excellent. The rest of the food was blah to bad, and given the prices should have risen above that threshold.
The service was well intentioned but intrusive with their frequent check ins.
I would not go back.
This was one of the best restaurant meals I have ever had. The food and service was outstanding. The only downside was that there was some sort of staff that was really loud. About halfway through our meal the closed that off so we could actually talk with each other.
I sat solo at the bar for an early dinner and enjoyed both the bar staff and the other folks at the bar. I hadn’t realized the menu was set up for family style, which makes solo dining a bit complicated. But it was delicious
Great in every way. Delicious, well prepared food. Friendly, knowledgeable, interested staff and servers. Wagyu is expensive but just a bit more so here.
Top 5 filet I’ve ever had. Cut it with a fork.
Just another steakhouse ...
What a wonderful experience for our anniversary, our waitress made it extra special!
Drinks, steaks, and sides were excellent! Our service staff was attentive and prompt. The restaurant was packed for dinner service but was functioning like clockwork. Excellent meal!
evry time i visit Las Vegas Crafttsteak is a MUST!! We requested to sit and be served by Sharon who always provides her friendly smile and warm personality which enhances the experience. The roasted Filet Mignon and the Lobster Bisque were the stars of the meal on this night. If you have not been there you must go.
A surprising disappointment, I had always heard good things about Craftsteak. But incredibly lackluster service and the worst steakhouse filet I’ve ever had.
Made the mistake of asking for a wine recommendation from the somm, who seemed completely put out to have been asked over to our table and answer.a couple of questions...he made a recommendation that he “swore on” and said if we didn’t care for it they would take it back. We didn’t care for it. Most of our table didn’t even drink it.
The Somm never said a word even though I asked him to come back by the table to order a bottle of the original wine that I had picked out.
We were a party of 8 and all were uniformly displeased by how bad the overall experience, food and service were.
Painful lesson learned, given all of the great restaurants in Las Vegas… Definitely will not be back and will try to steer others from this once upon a time great place
Best steak I have ever had. A5 waygu was phenomenal
Muy caro existen restaurantes con la misma calidad mas baratos
overrated, overpriced. our ribeye arrived on a hot plate that cooled extremely fast and meat was incredibly gristle and fatty.
Fantastic food and wonderful service. Great evening!
The best experience at a Steak house! I would to all my family and friends.
Very expensive night out food was very good but it has to be for the price!! Lots of competition at this level
You really can't go wrong on their menu. Everything is executed at the level you'd expect. The service is impeccable.
Great food! Old school steakhouse. Brilliant waiter who was a real character.
Service was great, steak was great, no words to describe how good the rolls were!
The food was fantastic, extremely well prepared and presented.
It was delicious and the service was phenomenal.
Everything was great as usual. Our waiter was a pleasure, very witty and efficient.
The only thing better than the food was the service. Marvin was great! My customers were very pleased.
Unreal Ribeye, but the real highlights were all the dinner sides. Get the Grits w/ Gruyere!!!!!!!
My husband love it!!
Great place. Food was great. We where party for 5 and we got a booth seating. I am 6’1” for me the seating was not comfortable need more space was tight.
The food was disappointing and tasteless. (Also, over-priced, but this is Vegas.) The beets in the beet salad had no flavor. While the flat iron steak was good, the filet mignon tasted slightly off and, like the beets, were flavorless. Salt added no pop of flavor. The grits were mediocre and overly cheesed. We were there celebrating our anniversary and found this on a “Best Steak in Vegas” list. Given what we paid, and how little we ate, it was an incredibly disappointing experience. There are far better places in Vegas to go.
Pretty good and probably one of the better quality steakhouses on the strip. Of course, way overprices but you expect that. The three-course "tasting" menu is a nice option but pricey. You could certainly save a couple of bucks by ordering ala carte but you wouldn't get the variety. Of the food, we most enjoyed the tartar appetizer, ribeye (no surprise) and the cocktails. The filet was just okay, asparagus was bland, the assorted mushrooms were also mediocre, and the mozz appetizer was worth skipping. Service was fine - no complaints but nothing exceptional. Great vibe...that is why I may choose to go back.
Service was very slow. Tables that were seated with us at the same time, left before we even got our food.
Overpriced for what you get. Average food, nothing special. Hated my drink and fingerling potatoes, way too salty. Spent $250 for 2 meals & 2 sides & 2 drinks and left hungry.
Waitress was good. Steak was not hot not even warm. Sent it back to heat up. Then mushrooms recommended were terrible. Salad was fine. Desert ok.
I’m not one to complain but overall i was disappointed as I spent almost 200 dollars.

This is the second time I’ve been to Craftsteak....I went back when I returned to Vegas since it was so good the first time! The grits are heavenly. The filet is big enough to split! The asparagus is delicious! And , the service is exceptional! You’ll need a reservation...I made mine a month in advance and could only get a table at 9:00...but that’s fine in Vegas!
Ask for Eddie the waiter. Troy the wine sommelier knows his wines like the back of his hand.
Amazing dinner. Enjoyed everything. My steak was perfect. The lobster bisque amazing. Great salads. The Brussel sprouts we awesome. And the desserts were great. Hint: don’t eat lunch... you’ll want the extra room. Enjoy!
Food was excellent. Service was great. Staff very friendly and attentive.
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Our party of four did the “menu tasting “ which gave us all a chance to try many of the different items on the menu. We were there to celebrate two birthdays and they really made it a special evening for us.
Every thing we ordered was great
Delicious restaurant and a fabulous experience, but VERY expensive!
