We did the family style dinner and it was amazing! Multiple appetizers, salads, three kinds of steak, scallops, sides and outstanding desserts! Everything was cooked to perfection. We had a booth for 6 and felt very safe. Tables were spaced out or had plexiglass dividers. It was a wonderful experience!
Amazing service. Noise level was a bit intense after loud and obnoxious customers were seated next to us. Too bad, manager didn’t clam them down.
Asked for low salt and they delivered!! Great service and food.
Craftsteak delivers every time. Absolutely excellent. This was our first pandemic meal in a restaurant and it was amazing.
Excelente servicio y calidad en alimentos
I have always enjoyed the food at Craftsteak. Service was on point. Just a wonderful place to have a meal
Marvin was the best
I thought the Food was excellent. The Menu was affordable compared to Vegas prices. I will highly recommend this steak house. The Service was amazing.
Great overall experience!
We tried almost every side and appetizer and they were all delicious. The Wagyu Filet was one of the best steaks I’ve ever eaten and it was absolutely amazing. The sommelier was very knowledgeable and the staff was prompt and friendly. We will be back.
Not great. Expected a better steak for the price. Can't say if it's a meat quality or chef issue but I was incredibly disappointed. Maybe my expectations were too high but I was thinking it would be on the level of Maestros or Prime.
The service was good, the ambiance was challenging at best. I love a good journey song as much as everyone else, but I definitely stopped believing. For me it's a hard pass.
The steak was not as good as I was hoping for. It wasn't bad, but I have definitely had a better steak in Vegas. I was also surprised about the bread they brought out, it was almost like a dinner roll from the grocery store.
The food is outstanding! Great service too. We really enjoyed our dinner there.
Heirloom tomato & fresh mozzarella appetizers were delicious together. Beef short rib was tender, rich and accompanying jus was excellent. Sides of spinach and potato puree were very good with beef entrees. Will be back soon, highly recommend.
Parents weekend with our freshman college student.
A brothers trip to Vegas and we decided to splurge a bit on our last evening and seek out a top restaurant. We chose Craftsteak @ MGM and were not disappointed.
The service was impeccable and the food was nothing less. The steak tartare appetizer is a must. We opted for the $110 ea option and had a combination of 3 appetizers, 3 mains, 3 sides and 3 desserts - served family style. There was plenty of food and none of us left hungry.
Add in a signature bourbon and we dropped just north of $500. Comparing this dinner to the likely possibility of easily spending the same in the casino and we came out ahead.
We come here about once a month since we are locals and it's always fantastic. The food is excellent, the service is attentive without being intrusive, the venue is lovely, and the overall quality is great. We are fortunate to live in Las Vegas with the endless choices of great dining experience and Craft Steak house is our favorite. Thank you.
I’ve gone to CraftSteak at MGM every time I visit vegas for dinner and bring whoever I’m with. Everyone is always blown away by the amazing food and the exceptional service. Alexis is an amazing server!
First steakhouse in Vegas and we're glad we went with Craftsteak at MGM! We went with the chef's menu to have the full course but at the end had little room for the dessert. Food and atmosphere was very good and the portions. Looking forward to returning next time.
We ran late and they were very understanding over the phone. When we arrived, the side rooms were not full yet but they filled up as we sat, ate, and left. We were impressed with the cocktails: In love with the Coco (circo coconut, lime, basil, mint, soda) and the old fashioned. We'd order them again. We shared family style for 4 people: 2 skirt steaks, rib eye, diver scallops, potato puree, mushrooms, sweet corn. Loved the skirt steak and puree. Sweet corn and mushrooms were also enjoyable. I'd pass on the diver scallops and try the sea bass next time. We didn't need to order 3 meats for 4 people, but it was delicious. We couldn't finish so took it to go with their delicious bread with sea salt on top. Couldn't make it to dessert. I'm surprised the side/group rooms are not better decorated. Somewhat forgettable. The main dining space, while large with high ceilings, had better decor and design. Definitely would visit again and great for special occasions.
Fantastic atmosphere, Great staff and world renowned food. When we are in Las Vegas it’s our number 1 restaurant
We did the Chef's Menu, which allowed flexibility in choice amongst their appetizers, entrees, sides, and desserts. The Chef's Menu pricing enabled a less expensive option that ordering a la carte. The food was wonderful and the service was excellent.
Best Food Ever!!
Amazing food, very romantic and the service is fantastic!
The food is amazing here. The only reason I gave less than 5 stars is only because the service runs very slow and can be frustrating when you make plans for after dinner. That being said, if you have a time limit on dinner it is definitely worth taking the time to tell the waiter as soon as they come to your table. The food is great though and the staff is very friendly every time we visit. This is a restaurant to go to when you want to relax for a while and just enjoy a nice meal while catching up with friends 😊
The food was horrible and it was my birthday and wedding dinner. The drinks and staff were good. This place is the equivalent of a outback. I think longhorn has better food. DON’T go there go to STK or Del Frisco’s instead.
Fried chicken was very good. Biscuits even better. Deviled eggs I’ll pass next time.
This was our wedding night dinner with family so we had four adults at our table. The place was busy and it was great to see people out during the COVID. The food was phenomenal and the Domestic Wagyu skirt steak was one of the best I have had.
Amazing restaurant! Would recommend to all who come to Vegas
The staff were absolutely wonderful and attentive!!! The portions were perfect the suggestions by the wait staff were very helpful and we all had a great meal!!!
Service is horrible and the food is overpriced for what you get , I twice I thought 3rd time another chance, but never go there again
The food lacked flavor. I ordered the beef short ribs and I got 2 big pieces of fat. I tried my boy friends 18oz ribeye and it also lacked flavor. The service was AMAZING and the ambiance was good too. I would definitely go back and try something else.
Great food. Service was fine, not great, but fairly consistant with the new COVID dynamic.
It is always the best experience at Mgm
Marvin is always exceptional. He is the main reason we always return
Service was amazing, always checking on you and very friendly! The food was amazing, I will be back for some more rib-eye !
Excellent food and service, highly recommended!
Ordered the Filet it tasted like oil. The side dishes were good. Ribs were good just disappointed cause it came highly recommended and it was over $300 for something that was not top notch.
We took our friends out for an anniversary dinner. It was the first time for all of us to visit Craftsteak and we had a great experience.
I have been blessed to dine at some amazing restaurants in my life, but hands down the service at CraftSteak is beyond anything I have experienced before. Yes the food was great, the staff are the true stars.
This was our fourth visit to Craftsteak, and every other time it's been AMAZING. This time, not so much. We left disappointed in a lot of ways. It was difficult to get our server's attention; in fact, all of them seemed to be far away and never looked at us when we tried to get their attention. The food didn't come out quite as ordered, but was still very good as always.
But one of the silly but true disappointments was the rolls! It's literally one of the biggest reasons we visit Craftsteak whenever we're in Vegas. They have the most unbelievable Parker House rolls that typically come out in a hot skillet, straight out of the oven. For whatever reason, they said that they can't do that right now due to COVID, and they came out cold on a plate. It took at least 10 minutes before we got anyone's attention to please bring us warm rolls, and by that time our dinner came out right after.
So I realize that's not a huge dealbreaker, but when you go there ready to spend a significant amount of money on dinner and with your mouth watering anxiously awaiting the hot skillet rolls, it's definitely a disappointment! Especially when the service was so poor and we couldn't get anyone's attention multiple times to get things right.
Finally, the music is bizarre! It looks like a place where you'd hear great jazz music or something like that. But every time we've been there they're playing some mix of 80's pop music! Sure, we love the 80's, but the mix wasn't great, and definitely distracted from the ambiance and feel you'd expect to have there.
Meh. My $400 meal was good, but not great. Costco’s prime steak grilled on the BBQ is every bit as good as the “Wagyu” filet mignon I was served. Disappointed.
