Ugh had such high hopes. Seated on patio which is very nice. But yeesh, the service is inattentive, seemingly lazy or perhaps over committed, got our order wrong, didn’t check on us, took forever for drink orders, asparagus undercooked to be inedible… more surprising, for the cost, was very very lackluster. I can forgive nearly all grievances save over priced mediocre food. Ps if you’re going to serve a Wedge salad - please put in bold it’s a wierd off brand wedge salad with grainy weird salad :/ Please go have dinner at any Nicks restaurant and take a few cues. On the plus side, the young woman who seemed to be the hostess, busser, greeter was awesome! She was attentive, engaging, and executing her job with precision. She should be promoted.

Valet parking The street is lively, there was a car show happening when we went. Happy hour is good, inside and outside is poppin. Great place to hangout with friends or date night.

The tater tots tasted old, like they had been cooked hours before. The coffee tasted chemical and rancid, like they had cleaned the coffee pot and not rinsed it well enough. The burger meat was almost gelatinous, even though it was medium well. Breakfast burritos were also not very good, you can get much better at A’s. We hadn’t been to their brunch before so maybe it was just the brunch that’s bad? The service was amazing. Our server was friendly and helpful.

I gave the waiter an average rating because he was wasn’t very attentive. But he clearly appeared to be stretched too thin to serve all the tables he had. The food was very good. If energetic noise is your thing, you will be right at home. If conversation is your thing, the noise level is way too high.

We we’re incredibly disappointed with the quality of food that we had. The steak frite was average at best - fries were soggy and not crisp. The fried chicken was not crispy it was served as if it had been heated up in a microwave . The gravy was very thick and the mashed potatoes also all stuck together , the broccolini was incredibly hard and not fresh and delicious as we have previously had . Something has definitively changed and it was not our best dining experience. We all left disappointed and not satisfied.

We're from Scottsdale where there are so many great restaurants, makes it tough to dine in other cities, but this was really delicious, great service, good cocktails. We enjoyed the Eggrolls, Steak Frites and pomodoro. All tasty, flavorful and cooked perfectly.

Ummmm so the food is good, and the service was very attentive. Our waiter was very dedicated and friendly. We made the mistake of sitting on the patio on PCH. Whoops. Between the speaker over our table, which had great sound, but was too loud and the traffic on PCH, it was not a relaxing lunch🤣🤣. So again, if we’d been in the other part of the restaurant, probably would have been better noise-wise. I do have a gripe about an $18 can of beer😳😳. My in laws only drink stouts and porters, I called ahead to find out if they had those types of beers (Crafthouse🤷🏻‍♀️), was told they had three available. Got there the next day, our server said they only had one. Which they did. Which came in a can and was $18. The thing is, there are so many really great restaurants around us, and yes, prices have gone up, I get that. But there are too many options that are just as good if not better, where a beer doesn’t cost )18. I’m glad we tried it out, but will be going anywhere else in the future.

TBH - I had taken CraftHouse out of the dining rotation, but I saw there were new items on the menu which seems to have had a bit of a post pandemic overhaul. I have since heard there is a new chef. LOVE the change! The dinner and cocktails were very well balance= clean flavors - really enjoyed the Summer Salad and the Sea Bass. Welcome Back to my dining rotation!!! See you soon.

We LOVE Craft House! It's a local "Go-To" for their creative, tasty menu and craft cocktails, fun atmosphere and friendly staff whether we want small plates or a full meal. Favorites: meatloaf, burger, cauliflower, fried chicken, burrata salad, steak frites, risotto, street corn...the list goes on :)

My family and I enjoyed a lovely dinner at Craft House. We booked a table using Open Door and got a great spot on the outdoor patio. Our server Kelly was fantastic - super friendly, attentive, gave great recommendations, checked on us regularly, and made sure we had everything we needed!! We ordered the Bam Ba Lam gin cocktails - delicious and really pretty too! We ordered the potato tacos and street corn for starters, both had a little kick of heat that was just right and were really yummy. Our entrees were the Santa Ana Chicken Caesar salad, Steak Frites and the fish special which was halibut. All were delicious!! It’s a cute spot with awesome decor, make a reservation since it gets busy. I highly recommend and will for sure be returning in the near future!! Well done Craft House!

Halibut was good, but smaller in size. Felt like the menu was somewhat limited… few seafood choices. Service was good, prices reasonable and ambience is what you desire, quiet, lively or bar dining experience. You are on PCH so if you want outdoor dining, you’ll hear vehicles! Tops out at a 4 star experience.
