Outstanding service and food. This was our second visit. Consistent service and food quality. Noise level was low and allowed my wife enjoy brunch and plan a vacation. The dirty Tots are the Best. Only disappointment was, although we booked through Open table, no points for the reservation any more. We will just walk in next time.

Made reservation. Had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. No seating in the waiting area. Hostess was inattentive didn’t offer us a place to sit or a complimentary drink while we waited standing. Once seated, service was prompt and the meal was tasty. Easily fixable. Requires management to monitor and implement improvements.

We always love dining here. The food and drinks are always great. The only drawback is the acoustics are bad, so noisy, they also have to fix the light switch over the back wall seating, fluctuating up and down and it’s happened before, wait staff tried to figure it out, said something about a motion sensor. Management needs to take care of it, super annoying. We still love coming here, always have great service which makes a difference, and my food is always consistently delicious.

Wonderful waitress. Food is just amazing. Can’t say enough about the food. Definitely get the crispy tuna appetizer and the fried chicken is out of this world. My husband ordered the bacon old fashion and a lot of the fat collected on the drink so I would not advise that I would get a different old fashion drink. Otherwise amazing you have to go to the food is outstanding.

As always, the food is delicious and the service is outstanding. The portions are large, both my husband and I took home the portions of our meal that we could not eat. Probably for some, one meal shared between two would be enough. We started with the Shishito Peppers, which had just the right amount of heat and tasted yummy! Ended the meal with their signature butter cake, which is now a marble cake (chocolate and yellow cake marbled together) and is also fantastic. Thank you, Craft House, for making our anniversary dinner so special!

We love craft house. We go for the food and cocktails, and the knowledge of the bartenders& the staff about the menus, respectively. The noise level, and the music volume competing with a Street noise is not to our liking. It’s very loud, but the fact that no seed oils are used in any of the dishes is the way all restaurants should be. Chef has always been a true craftsman but eliminating seed oils shows that he’s paying attention to the health of his customers. I would like to also see a shift to organic greens and anything that could possibly be organic but perhaps he already does that and we don’t know. Additionally, any grass fed and finished beef is also appreciated. My guess is with his keen awareness it’s possible he doesn’t even list on the menu that anything is organic because that’s just normal practice. We sure hope so. We are Craft House fans.

Every part of our meal and service was excellent. The drunks hollering at each other at the next table was distracting - fortunately they stayed happy drunks, and found Uber rides back early in our evening. The Crafthouse serves excellent comfort foods and did very well with our meatloaf and fried chicken. The appetizer was excellent, the desert was ok - the salted chocolate souffle was too salty, for my taste.

Ugh had such high hopes. Seated on patio which is very nice. But yeesh, the service is inattentive, seemingly lazy or perhaps over committed, got our order wrong, didn’t check on us, took forever for drink orders, asparagus undercooked to be inedible… more surprising, for the cost, was very very lackluster. I can forgive nearly all grievances save over priced mediocre food. Ps if you’re going to serve a Wedge salad - please put in bold it’s a wierd off brand wedge salad with grainy weird salad :/ Please go have dinner at any Nicks restaurant and take a few cues. On the plus side, the young woman who seemed to be the hostess, busser, greeter was awesome! She was attentive, engaging, and executing her job with precision. She should be promoted.

The tater tots tasted old, like they had been cooked hours before. The coffee tasted chemical and rancid, like they had cleaned the coffee pot and not rinsed it well enough. The burger meat was almost gelatinous, even though it was medium well. Breakfast burritos were also not very good, you can get much better at A’s. We hadn’t been to their brunch before so maybe it was just the brunch that’s bad? The service was amazing. Our server was friendly and helpful.

I gave the waiter an average rating because he was wasn’t very attentive. But he clearly appeared to be stretched too thin to serve all the tables he had. The food was very good. If energetic noise is your thing, you will be right at home. If conversation is your thing, the noise level is way too high.
