We went to this restaurant last year and it was our favorite restaurant, and we couldn’t wait to return. Sadly, this experience wasn’t the same at all. We were given the wrong wine, the squash was cold so had to be re-heated, Caesar salad was lacking, and the Prosecco was flat. Our waiter was really good and had us laughing, but overall food was disappointing. Hopefully, it improves.

Great meal and terrific service. The sushi in particular was too notch. My wife and I shared two sushi rolls, then a salad and halibut and it was a really excellent meal. Made all the cozier by watching the snow fall outside! The sommelier was great and Brian, our server, was the perfect level of attentive. We will be back next trip to Telluride! FWIW, everyone talked about the bread beforehand and how great it was, and we thought it was perfectly average. Nowhere near as good as the rest of the meal which was an A+.

We tried the vegetarian acorn squash entrée and it was spectacular! Our very lovely waitperson, Ciara brought Mariana and Ricky to the table to explain the nuances of the dish, which we loved. Ciara, totally got our desire to not waste water. She asked us of we wanted more before pouring water into our glasses. Ciara was really great.

We eat at a lot of great restaurants. This was a truly memorable meal. The food was amazing. The lobster corn dogs were fine, but I would not get them again. The rest of the menu is both inventive and appetizing. The vibe is great, but not loud! Our waiter, Jeff, was a true professional. Hits all my buttons, great food and great service in a great atmosphere.

Sad that they send a “sommelier “ to the table trying to change your mind on a bottle with no knowledge of he was taking about and then left without coming back…. I ended up buying no bottles…. I have been going to this restaurant for 20 years, maybe I need to go somewhere else

Wonderful experience. We ate at bar high top. Had great service, calamari and tuna roll for apps & sea bass / roasted chicken for main course. All dishes were wonderful. Service was great as well. Energetic waiter knowing when to check on us every time. We plan to return.

Our server Emma was fabulous! Cosmo is such a fabulous restaurant but it’s so easy to feel rushed in a place like that where demand is intense… but Emma was so lovely and just attentive enough but not pushy…first class service from her! Highly recommend! One of our favorite fine dining spots in Tride!!!

Food and drinks weee quite good. Service was lacking. Server brought an extra kids drink by mistake, acknowledged it and just left it. The then subsequently charged us for it. Rest of the service was bland.

colorado lamb for the requested price should be close to perfection. fat doesn’t count. lobster corn dogs not as good as they used to be. otherwise fantastic. the deconstructed chopped salad was awesome.
