   The menu reads well and the food description was intriguing, but I just didn't find the flavors to be that exceptional. However, our service was fantastic. Our waiter took care of us without being intrusive or over attentive. We had a nice quiet night next to the fireplace to celebrate my wife's birthday. A pleasant evening overall.

   Corner Kitchen has everything going for it except the noise level. There are many reflective surfaces downstairs, in addition to the bar. For an intimate atmosphere request an upstairs table.

   Amazing place, we went there to celebrate our 15 Wedding Anniversary, the waiter went above and beyond, the food is great, ambience, wine, a great experience.

   The food was excellent as usual. The service was exemplary. Even though the restaurant was very busy, we were well attended to throughout our meal.

   Service from the "stoned" waiter was good, however the food was Very Poor! We started with the fried oyster appetizer and it was like rubber. It was inedible and I had to spit it out in my napkin. My salmon was very oily and fishy (although it was cooked perfectly). It was served on a bed of cold lentil and carrots. My wife ordered the swordfish which was overcooked and dry. We both laughed when the waiter tried to suggest that we order desert, since we just told the bleary red eyed young man how disappointing the meal was... "I'll be right back with your check"

   Dinner was delicious and our server was excellent! We arrived at 5:00 PM to dine before heading to the Biltmore House for a candle light tour. Dinner was a perfect compliment.

    Pretty disappointed with the whole experience, especially because it came recommended. The crab and corn chowder was basically a cream soup with a few corn kernels and a hint of crab (seriously, a HINT). The calamari app had way too much breading, and the stuffed chicken dinner was pretty not great. The chicken itself was tasty but it was served on a cold bean salad which was not a great texture and had no flavor. I really wanted to like this place but I won't be back.
