We were celebrating all 4 of our birthdays. I have always enjoyed going to this restaurant. Not sure what was going on last night. Could not get our martini right. After 3 tries we gave up. Or meal was excellent. Thank goodness for the server Nick. He gave us the over view and was charming. Because the normal server named Betty was the worst ever. The manager did try to make it good by a adding a discount to our bill. Will we be back. Absolutely

From the booking, to the ambience, menu, and Art the waiter (although he had a mask on and masks don’t work so I felt bad for him, his choice I guess)…it was an incredible experience. We were in town for a Place Inc real estate seminar. Absolutely worth the drive from Palm Springs. My wife got the roast duck, and a trio crème brûlée for desert, along with a salad. I got the perfectly seasoned and cooked Filet and an apple tart..both were out of this world good. We don’t drink but the drinks coming past looked amazing and there was a large selection on the menu. It was just so good. Jason and Sara.

Our waiter William was fantastic and the food was outstanding. We had 6 guests and everyone enjoyed the foot and service. We will go back to Cork Tree often when we are in the desert. Classic!

We love this restaurant..a hidden gem! First of all our Server Janine was wonderful, very attentive. We were 2 couples and without asking us, she tallied our bills separately…..brilliant…saved us from figuring a fair split, which is always awkward..thanks Janine! Good attention to service and delicious food Cioppino very good, as was the Halibut…a bit pricey @ $54., but good! Recommend Caesar salad or Anjou pear. Only disappointment was the beet salad size and price….nice that they offer small and full….like that! Although the full beet salad for $20 looked like a small for sure….maybe they can. Rethink and adjust a couple of prices. Now my Cosmopolitan Martini was perfect🍸👌 Maybe add a couple of French wines by the glass….Rose and Sancerre!? We will return…..thankyou

We were originally placed at a table that was quite noisy, but they graciously moved us to a booth which was much less noisy. The service was excellent and the scallops were perfection.

Sat at the bar. Tara was very welcoming and made a delish margarita. Enjoyed the Spanish White Anchovy Caesar and the Lamb Chop special which came out MR as requested 😍 My dining companion enjoyed the cutest, most delicious Trio of Soups and the Salmon Skewers. One less than perfect thing I noticed was that my bar stool was rickety. Will return next time we’re in town. 💕

My wife and I were expecting a very relaxed dining experience. The food was excellent, and while our server was pleasant, we noticed that he treated other customers differently than us. Specifically, he did not alert us to the specials that were being offered that evening before we ordered, but we overheard him do that with others. After we received our appetizer, he assured that he would hold our order for a nice pace. We were barely done with our salads when we received our entree. He knew we may be interested in a glass of wine but didn't return so that we could place that order to enjoy it with our entree. All in all, the experience was not what we had hoped for. I would still recommend this restaurant because the food was excellent.

What a great restaurant! We loved the ambiance, lighting, exceptional service and great food. The only thing we did not like was the piped in music-it was distracting! The space would benefit with some classic standards, not new jazz! Otherwise we had a great time!

We came to Palm Desert for spring break and found this restaurant near our hotel and we are so glad we had the opportunity to get a reservation!!! The food and services was outstanding! The duck tacos and crab cakes were amazing!! The salmon was delicious! They also had a great kids menu! Definitely a must!

Dinner with friends we hadn’t seen in 2years. Food was very good and service was excellent. Friends split an entree which was plated very nicely. But the parking was atrocious and very difficult for disabled party. Had to block traffic to unload and long line of cars for pickup. With their prices and clientele they need to have valet service!

Food was great and our server was great until he left us for 35 minutes after we received our dinner. We wanted dessert, another drink, water and have our food wrapped up but it was too late. We had to ask for our bill from another server by the kitchen and I was forced to tip lighter than normal and we left the restaurant. No apology. Poor ending to a nice prepared dinner.

Overall I had a great experience with a great service. Managers and servers continually circling the tables and assisting where they could so service was excellent, especially considering how slow it can be at many restaurants these days. For appetizers we had the crab and shrimp cakes, tuna tartar, and pork belly and all were excellent. For dinner we had the duck breast, sea bass, salmon, and The short ribs and again everything was fantastic. We enjoy the bottle of Pinot grigio and a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc along with a really nice Pinot noir poured by the glass.. This is definitely one of my new favorite places in town.

The Corktree never disappoints. It was nice to be able to have a meal with Palm Springs friends. The waitress was attentive and encouraging of us to relax. The cocktails were delicious and the food was superb. Appreciate the flexibility with the reservation. We have gone to the Cork tree many times over the years and the food is consistently. Excellent, interesting, and the service always welcoming.
