It was very nice. Good food. Excellent service.
Great atmosphere. Food pretty good but being restaurant week it was a bit rushed
Would go back again
We enjoyed every aspect of our dinner. Reservations were simple. Staff were timely, helpful, and courteous. Food was delicious.
Sunday brunch was good and so were the unlimited mimosas for $10
Food was very good. Service was prompt. Only complaint was a flat beer. Otherwise very satisfied.
Always delicious. Server was very personable and knowledgeable. Usually don’t get dessert, but shared the gingerbread bread pudding with my brother. Yummy!
Great spot in a great center.Good crowd.
I've enjoyed their Sunday brunch menu and lunch menu more than their Friday night dinner menu.
Service was spectacular as always.Pricey for what we got.
Everything was perfect!
The food was amazing, as was the service.
We held a small lunch celebration for one of our team members getting married this weekend. The booth we sat in was perfect for the 6 of us, we could hear each other very clearly and the food was outstanding. As always :) The staff was also super kind to let us use a side room that was closed at the moment to open gifts. It was a very busy lunch hour and we were given great service, great attention and just a great experience overall. Thank you!
I had Florentine Benedict and the bread was stale but everything else was very good.
Good brunch. Great quiche! Great gingerbread dessert.
Great food as always!!
I have eaten here many times, but this time the service was bad, no bread until we asked, the server was scarce, the soup of the day was a disappointment. The seafood crepes were good, however.
This is as close to Paris as you can get in Raleigh. You feel you've stepped into a Parisian cafe, but with larger tables and more space in between. I always enjoy a Kir Royale with house made Cassis. Our tuna tartare appetizer, seafood crepe and moules frittes we're divine, but make sure you save room for dessert. The tea cookies, including chocolate macarons, were heavenly. Give this place a try if you haven't!
While the decor and ambiance I was not thrilled with, the food and service were amazing. Very quiet place. Absolutely going back on my next trip to Raleigh.
Great atmosphere, great service and excellent food . The Onion Soup was great but the Nicoise Salad was far from the one you find in the South of France.
The bread is very good as well as their special chocolate bread that day. the Bread Pudding was out of this world as well as the Chocolate Tart. I had their Quiche before and it is also outstanding.
Great for lunches
The host left the table open beside us; which was nice.
Delicious food. Server seemed overwhelmed at first but recovered nicely. Get the croissants
Was at the restaurant for the first time on January 5. My husband and I were with another couple and had a reservation. We waited well over an hour past our reservation before we were seated. It took us 17 minutes to get our drinks. I will also add right now that we were never asked again if we wanted to order another drink.
The food also took an excessive amount of time . The restaurant was busy but I still do not understand all the delays. Seemed very chaotic . Two of us ordered the scallops which I think were priced outrageously to give us (4) scallops and three slices of potato that we’re far over cooked! Had I not had the onion soup before hand, I would’ve left your restaurant hungry! My husband ordered a beef and pasta dish and it was awful! The Beef Was fatty and look like she chuck roast. The other gentleman we were with ordered a burger Which he was unimpressed. When It came for them to wrap up his leftovers (1/2 dish... they accidentally discarded the rest of his meal. ) to the restaurants credit, they made another burger for him to take home. But again, the four of us had to sit and wait for this for 30 minutes. Really?? It was the other couple that made the suggestion for us to go there as they had launch several weeks back. The four of us decided that we would never return to your restaurant, or give you a recommendation Poorly done!
I’d say expensive for the menu. Good items, not great.
Have been to this restaurant a number of times. This time my meal was disappointing. They have not changed their menu in years.
Great food! Wait staff very kind and attentive to needs.
Despite having a reservation, we had to wait 20 minutes for a table. The good was great. I had steak frites and my wife had mussels. Service was a little spotty. Sometimes good, other times he was MIA.
My wife and I liked the atmosphere- specialty cocktails were good, the menu is creative, and the presentation was spot on.
Great New Year’s Day brunch with $2 mimosas. You can’t beat that.
I had been a couple times before but it had been awhile. As pleased as I was the first time, the 3rd time surpassed my expectations only because they had $2 Mimosas on New Year's Day. And I didn't think that could be done! Food, wait person, and atmosphere all matched the event I was celebrating, a college friend I had not seen or talked to in 41 years.
It was a disappointing New Year's eve dinner. I was surprised to see a fixed menu with very few selections. The roast sirloin that we selected was not very good, too much fat and nerve in it. This is the second "special" occasion that we have dined at Coquettes and came away feeling less than satisfied. After many happy visits to this restaurant I'm not sure what has happened to Coquettes. It's not going to be one on our list of go to places any more I'm afraid.
The service was great, the food not so much.
The food was decent. When there was sauce, it was too much. However, it’s super cute and the service was amazing! We will go back
Would not recommend.
We didn’t know from booking on Open Table that New Years was a fixed menu which was understandable but a bummer. Food was ok and our server was bratty at first but probably stressed and mad to be working a holiday. I probably won’t be back.
Usually I enjoy eating here. However on New year's Eve, I was quite surprised by the meal format. It was a limited selection of 4 courses only. The regular menu was not used that night.
The food was interesting, but 2 of the 4 dishes were a bit too unusual for my taste. The first course was one scallop ceviche. I had trouble getting past the rawness of the dish to appreciate the flavor. The second course was unusual as well. I ordered the bone marrow plate. Again, a bit undercooked for my taste, and too salty. The main dish was an excellent swordfish in a wonderful sauce. The desert was a tasty croissant. There was no chance of overeating with the portion sizing on any dish.
So, the last 2 out of 4 dishes I liked. What caused me to be more critical was the $60 per person price. If all of the dishes were excellent, I wouldn't have a problem with the pricing. I don't think we'll do special holiday meals there again.
We love it! Everything we have here is wonderful- especially the truffle fries!
The dinner was great! Service was excellent! Good ambiance and decor.
Excellent service and excellent food! Always a pleasure to dine here! Thank you!
Great spot for meet and greet with female friends and a taste of something different. Cocktails are yummy. DO try the dessert, even if you are stuffed!
Coquette consistently delivers an authentic French bistro experience. The food is well prepared and well presented. Service is courteous and attentive. We love to go to Coquette for Sunday brunch and for dinners.
Mussels were amazing! Great food and wine!
Delicious food, salmon was cooked perfectly. The restaurant was busy and created a good ambience.
Our food was cold and uninteresting. The scallops were pricey for only 3 scallops and only seared on one side which I feel makes them soggy on the bottom. The short ribs were good but cold. Radishes it was served with weren’t cooked and bitter.
Divine cocktails (Coquette 75s), attractive salad and soup, friendly, informative service. Excellent frites! We will return!
