Don't even attempt to get a pre-dinner drink at the bar (unless you want to wait until you've aged a full year). Otherwise it's a perfectly pleasant place if you're taking advantage of a set menu. If not, expect a "stack 'em high, but not necessarily sell 'em cheap" mentality.

My wife and I had a really good evening celebrating our wedding anniversary. Nice views from the rooftop and great service throughout our meal. Having a separate gluten free menu available for my wife made it extra special as it was so much easier for her to place her order.

Food was good but forgot just how expensive the wine list is in comparison with similar restaurants. Sat near the bar made the ambiance a little rowdy but still a good restaurant and location.

This is a wonderful venue for getting together whether on business or socially. We were here on business and felt everything went smoothly. The service was friendly and attentive and the food reasonable. I wouldn't compare it to fine dining or the more individual restaurants we normally frequent as this establishment is part of D & D and clearly there is a formula that is evident. Starters of 'Crabe' cocktail and Tortellini à la truffe noire were fairly good as were mains of Filet de boeuf and Celle et carrèe d’agneau (rack & saddle of lamb), however, the fondant potatoes were not cooked well and very salty and probably reheated as they were a tad glutenous. Fresh ones were brought that were the same (clearly the chef smokes). All the accompanying vegetables were as they should be, i.e., not overcooked. Unusually we had pudding as our guests did and these proved to be rather tasty - of particular note the Taste aux Framboises with white chocolate ice cream. The wines were reasonable as was the coffee - all in all a very enjoyable evening, and of course one has the fantastic panoramic view from the rooftop gardens, despite the faux foliage festooned around.

Always Good.. Another great lunch. Coq d'Argent has always been delivering great dining experience to their guests. Both service and food very solid here and never let you down.

Set menu was good value for London, Eton Mess was wonderful dessert. Sommelier tried to upsell the wine to more than I was happy to pay but overall very good.

WOW! An amazing view of a beautiful city, great food and cocktails - reasonably priced. The staff are more than willing to make your evening memorable, we celebrated a birthday dinner here and the staff were so attentive. Thank you!
