Very much on form with the delightful aroma of night scented stock wafting across the outdoor dining area this June evening. The Cinema Vibes is a cute variation on a Manhattan, the poulet jaune Basquaise was perfect and the short but clever half bottles wine selection as useful as ever. The serving team is as efficient as in pre-pandemic days, not true of all London restaurants.

Lovely sunny day to enjoy the beautiful terrace. Excellent food. Good wine choices. Service for drinks and water could have been a bit more attentive. Lovely gesture with "Happy Birthday" plate but could have been timed better to come with our coffees, instead of when we were paying the bill...........seemed a bit of an afterthought.

Got stuck on a rubbish table down the side, no view, in the shade and next to a big table having a birthday. Drinks service was very slow Vegetation/ vegan options were minimal and not great. All the staff were great though

Beautiful rooftop restaurant. Excellent service and attention to detail. Stunning outdoor seating for food and bar. Had a very enjoyable birthday lunch with friends and family. We didn't want to leave! Good value set menu or more choice a la carte. Have been several times and will continue to do so.

Overpriced for the quality - the steak was awful - which is inconsistent because last time I went (2 months ago) it was good. Service - polite, good. The restaurant and setting is v.n.

Resto presque vide: ils sortaient les linges propres des sacs de nettoyage pendant qu’on mangeait… le plat de thon n’était pas bon: les goûts des différents items n’allaient pas ensemble alors que ça avait l’air appétissant sur la carte. Pas très bon rapport qualité prix, comparativement aux 9 autres restos faits pendant le voyage.

This venue was chosen because it was my birthday. The staff was very welcoming to begin with. The ambiance was lovely with not too much of a crowd. We did not have to wait for our food as the staff was very efficient. The food was well presented and tasted fantastic. Our waiter even sang happy birthday with a candle and some chocolate truffles. They definitely made me feel special. The view from the root top was amazing as you can see well known landmarks. I would definitely recommend Cod d’Argent to my friends.

Food was absolutely delicious. Snails / asparagus starters followed by veal - cooked perfectly- and a tomahawk steak. The dauphinois potatoes were also delicious. It’s a beautiful place. Just a pity it was so quiet on a Saturday night. We imagined London restaurants would be mobbed at the weekend but according to the staff it has a much busier vibe through the week.
