   House and Caesar salads were great, as was the French onion soup. The buffalo shrimp appetizer was okay, not something we’d order again. Three of us ordered the filet. They were cooked perfectly and had excellent taste. One was unfortunately a bit cold, but overall still good. Our fourth person ordered the New York and said it was too chewy and not enjoyable. Service was great. Overall, we felt the food underperformed for the price and it’s not a places we’d likely revisit.

   Lobster tail was totally white when served. No golden broiled color on top. Baked potato cold. Server did not offer us catch of the day. Not pleasant. Manager made us feel uncomfortable. First server with water, bread very friendly . Tables too close together. Disappointed after going for three years.

   for a thanksgiving dinner, the grouper was excellent but the pork chop (overcooked), and mash potato (cold) were not.

   Excellent food and service. I ordered surf & turf , steak was cooked perfectly and the lobster was one of the best I ever had.

   Excellent food!!! Filet was awesome. I’m not a big lobster fan but had some and it was outstanding!! Service is also phenomenal.

   The food is spectacular, they have a bread spread that is so delicious, the French onion soup was amazing and the NY steak was perfectly cooked and so good! Our server Cheryl was super sweet and friendly. Highly recommend!!

   Food was great and so was the service. I have lobster tail and it was cooked perfect. My friend had the lb of king crab legs. She asked if they were split and the waitress said no but we can split them for you. They did a great job. My other friend had the prime rib and it was very tender. The baked potato was huge and the side of mashed potatoes was enough for two people. The lobster bisque was the best I ever had.

    We've been here dozens of times. We celebrated my best friends birthday last night. We arrived at 740p for a 745p reservation. Seated immediately, offered bread, spread and water. We ordered 5 mins later including an over priced bacon appetizer that was supposed to come out 'sizzling' we waited 30 min after ordering before salad was even brought out. Someone burnt something while we waited, the entire restaurant filled with a burnt rubber smell for about 20 mins. 5-10 min after the salad finally arrived, the server brought out the bacon appetizer finally. It was 4 undercooked, rubbery pieces of bacon sitting in a pool of grease, NOT even remotely hot or sizzling. Even the server immediately asked; "do you want me to take it back for a few mins so the plate sizzles?" It was a weird statement, why bring it to the table if she already knew it wasn't right? When the food finally arrived, my filet came out with a small pat of herbed butter on top. That butter NEVER even remotely melted on the steak. It's still unmelted, on my steak in the fridge as I type this. The steak wasn't even remotely hot, or that butter would have melted if not before hitting the table, but in a few minutes after it arrived but that never happened. It just wasn't the experience we're used to, and that's disappointing for a $200+ celebratory meal that we look forward to all year leading up to birthdays. I don't know if we'll be back after this experience. When paying this much, we expect the whole 5 star experience we usually have at Copper Rock, but that was not the case last night unfortunately.
