Service was lacking. Person that brought food out, and I requested more ketchup. Never brought it, had to finally get up and ask my waitress. Ordered cheesecake. Took a long time to get it. We thought it was being made from scratch for the time we waited. Please bring back condiments back to the tables.

Walk right in, sit right down (with reservations). Some of the best customer service/ hospitality staff I've encountered in years. Isabella was extraordinary. One little thing: Apple crisp is not the same as Apple cobbler. I ordered one, got the other. All else was superb!

We love Copper River, especially when Alex is our server. He is very attentive and takes our dining experience up a few notches. The quality and price is the best in the area. Similar restaurants around charge quite a bit more and the quality is not quite as good. A great experience every time.

We were seated right away. Our server Likolehu did an outstanding job of taking care of us. She kept us abreast of the time for our entrees to come out to the table and checked with us frequently to see if we needed anything. The food was excellent and very good. Everyone in our party was pleased with the Service and the Food. We will be recommending Copper River to all our friends.

We frequent Cooper River several times a month. Our latest visit was exceptional, partly due to the outstanding service we received from our waitress Isabella. I know it’s a job, but she brought a smile to our table every time she arrived. My wife noticed that when our drinks were slow to arrive Isabelle was at the bar pressing for them. We had the Lobster Fettuccine and Southwestern Prawns, both of which were outstanding.

I had the Top Sirloin, my son-in-law had the Ribeye, my daughter had the Tenderloin Beef Tips, my wife and one grandson had the Lobster Fettuccini, and my other grandson had the Bison Burger. We all agreed our food was excellent. The steaks were prepared as requested, and tasted great. My wife and grandson could really have split one order of the Lobster Fettuccini, so lesson learned for next time. I also had a cup of the seafood stew, and it was quite good. Maybe 4 stars. I thought it was a little noisy, but we were able to comfortably converse without having to shout or anything. Overall it was a very enjoyable evening. Definitely make a reservation to avoid waiting for a table. It gets crowded (at least on a weekend night).

We went here for the first time for a date. Service was great, sat right away with reservation during busy time. Food was absolutely terrible. My wife's prawn bowl had ingredients not listed on the menu, an old, miserable looking avocado, congealed sour cream, burnt cilantro, and poorly prepared everything else (prawns were dry and flavorless). Looked like the bowl had been sitting under a heat lamp for a very long time, which is surprising given how long we waited to receive it. Wagyu burger was okay, bun was covered in cheese (no mention of this on the menu) and fries were old and soggy. Pork belly sliders that we had for an appetizer were the highlight, while a bit on the salty side. Cocktails were not remotely worth the price. Not returning.

This was my goto place..But everything was bad on this visit. Forgot part of my order. Then my order was wrong…steak was terrible, actually tasted like something was wrong with the meat. I did not eat it. I was asked if something was wrong with my meal because I did not eat the steak. I told them about the issue they apologized and asked if I wanted something else. But everyone else was done and I did not want to wait around. I was surprised that when I got the bill I was charged for the steak even though it was bad and I did not eat it.

Our server Courtney was really good. She was ontop of her game, bringing refills, not being in our face, giving us time to decide without making us feel rushed.

Loved the restaurant. Loved the service. Food was very good with one exception. The ribeye steak was thin and tough for some reason. Everything else was awesome.

Food and drink are always excellent. The salmon miso and the chicken Marsala are highlights. Wonderful selection of local beers. Best place for a good sidecar cocktail. I’ve had the best Tom Collins here; and this last visit I had, surprisingly, the worst - was weak and like lemon water. Usually service is excellent; this time it was inattentive, possibly because the server was new. However, this was a mere bump in our history with Copper River. Will return and will continue to recommend to friends.
