We went on Father's Day knowing it was going to be busy. It was noisy and crowded as we expected, but we were still able to have an excellent dinner. The food was delicious. There were 4 of us; we each ordered different entrees. They were all outstanding. (Although, we thought the shrimp was overcooked.) The service was attentive and polite. We will definitely go back, on a less busy day.

Very crowded on this Fathers Day and quite noisy. Some food was over cooked and other diahes were fine. I will fo back but will avoid holidays

Great selection of food, easily able to order some appetizers at your main entree. Good staff that really didn't bug us to leave!

We drive from Olympia Washington to eat at Copper River Restaurant! First of all the food and cocktails are consistently great! Matt one of the managers consistently makes our day to see him a wonderful person and his staff although we have our favorites are well trained, polite and we would find it hard to ask for more! Vegas roll and Miso salmon last night, fantastic as always, hamburgers are amazing as well! 🥂 to a well run organization!

Took us half hour to get our drinks, 45 minutes to get our app, and main was served over an hour minutes after we arrived. The dining room was maybe 25% full by the time we got our food, so we don't know what the delay was, nor was it explained to us. The server was sweet, but didn't really seem to be in a rush, or concerned about checking in, refilling waters, etc. They looked a little short staffed, so that part wasn't her fault, but also... disappointed she didn't check in. Probably won't go back. Too bad, because menu was huge, our dishes were all good and well sized.

Salmon was dry and overcooked. Rice was dry and hard. Had to cut the pencil thin asparagus with a knife. Overall the food was substandard.

Copper River is a go to for us for Birthday dinners. Tonight it was a little chaotic and unfortunately our busy server didn’t come back to refill drinks and some of the food was subpar. I am still giving a good review because when the manager came by to deliver an amazing sundae and card from the staff for my birthday she listened to my concerns. I wasn’t asking for any compensation I just wanted to share my feedback. We all know everyone is entitled to an off night. She ended up taking a couple items of the bill which was not expected or necessary. We are thankful for always leaving this place happy and will be back again.
