Est. 2015 Family owned and operated. Featuring 52 local craft beers on tap, scratch made meals and an industrial vibe. We drive from Olympia Washington to eat at Copper River Restaurant! First of all the food and cocktails are consistently great! Matt one of the managers consistently makes our day to see him a wonderful person and his staff although we have our favorites are well trained, polite and we would find it hard to ask for more! Vegas roll and Miso salmon last night, fantastic as always, hamburgers are amazing as well! 🥂 to a well run organization!

Took us half hour to get our drinks, 45 minutes to get our app, and main was served over an hour minutes after we arrived. The dining room was maybe 25% full by the time we got our food, so we don't know what the delay was, nor was it explained to us. The server was sweet, but didn't really seem to be in a rush, or concerned about checking in, refilling waters, etc. They looked a little short staffed, so that part wasn't her fault, but also... disappointed she didn't check in. Probably won't go back. Too bad, because menu was huge, our dishes were all good and well sized.

Salmon was dry and overcooked. Rice was dry and hard. Had to cut the pencil thin asparagus with a knife. Overall the food was substandard.

Copper River is a go to for us for Birthday dinners. Tonight it was a little chaotic and unfortunately our busy server didn’t come back to refill drinks and some of the food was subpar. I am still giving a good review because when the manager came by to deliver an amazing sundae and card from the staff for my birthday she listened to my concerns. I wasn’t asking for any compensation I just wanted to share my feedback. We all know everyone is entitled to an off night. She ended up taking a couple items of the bill which was not expected or necessary. We are thankful for always leaving this place happy and will be back again.

We waited about 45 minutes for our food just to have it be served cold and they never told us they ran out of mashed potatoes, they just brought the dish without. They ended up taking that one dish off our check, but I feel like they could have been way more communicative about the slow service and asking ahead of time if we wanted a substitute for the mashed potatoes.

Food always excellent. Excellent cocktails. Service attentive, friendly, and helpful. Noise level is tolerable, which is not always the case these days in most restaurants. Notice business and family customers, all enjoying the experience.
