Visited 3 times while in Orlando. Service was outstanding. Food was terrific and restaurant ambiance was perfect.
We have been to this restaurant several times before and have had a good experience then. This time, however, things were different.
The service was not at same level as before, with missed orders and long delays between when the server first attended the table and took the main orders. This improved near the end of the meal when one of our servers´s colleagues noticed that things did not go well and he tried to improve the situation, though it was a little too late to correct all of the bad impressions instilled in a couple of friends of ours (which were new to this establishment).
The food in general was great, though one at our table had to send out his order a couple of times, because the food was not according to what he ordered, and eventually had to choose something different from the menu (this time, according to our friend, the food was great). The management were kind enough to take his order off the check and apologized for the inconvenience.
All in all, the food was great like during our earlier visits (with the exception of the re-order of our friend´s food brought it down from 5 to 4 stars), but we were taken back by the service lacking in quality compared to earlier times we have been here (was very good at those times). We will most likely come back here, but hope that our experience will then be better than this time. The place has been a solid stapel in our dine-out options while visiting the area, so it would be a shame if we lost this place as a good alternative to all the others we have.
We were late for our reso but your team made sure to accommodate us. They were great! We appreciated all they did! Our waiter was great and food was great!
The waitress was very friendly and the food was fresh. The portion size was very generous.
Our first time here, it was a great experience from start to finish.
Everything was perfect, from the ambiance, service, and food.
We felt welcome, and with an easy going vibe as well.
A must try while in Orlando. Perfect location as well.
Ordered apps for our party of four, spinach dip, calamari, and the corn bread were a perfect start to our evening out.
Had the crab cakes as my main, absolutely delicious! My husband had the chicken and ribs, their signature dish, and was very impressed!
Cost was well appointed to the dishes we ordered.
Will certainly be one of our go-to spots while visiting Orlando! Recommend to all! Enjoy!
Great place to take the family for a night out. We enjoyed the variety of entrees on the menu as well as the specials for the evening. We had great service - very friendly. It was a great find in a sea of restaurants in Orlando.
Wonderful! Really enjoyed our meal and wine.
Great upscale bar food . Fantastic service
Wine list was impressive. Fun restaurant
Delicious food and great service!
The rotisserie chicken was delicious. Really melts in your mouth!
Clearly one of our favorite restaurants in all of Orlando. A secret find! Great service and support staff. Everything on the menu is excellent. We keep discovering new food and love it all. St. Louis Ribs & Coleslaw appetizer is the bomb; especially at happy hour only $6.00! So many good entrees: Fresh Real Crab Cakes - Meatloaf with a zing - Rotisserie Chicken any way you get it - Club Sandwich - Pasta - Ribs - etc... . Dessert t:he Carrot Cake is the best you have ever had... it almost tastes like a spike cake... not a very strong carrot flavor...boy is it good. Bread Pudding is our other vice for their desserts. Prices are fair for the convention area and most entrees under $20. Don't miss this one.... This is their only location outside of the Baltimore area.
It was a little loud to have much of a conversation. My filet was excellent, but another of our party had to send back her New York strip because she ordered well done and it came out closer to medium. She sent it back and it came back very very well done (crispy) in the outside but still pink inside. My filet was at a perfect medium rare , and very flavorful. The mashed potatoes were also delicious
Crab lump cakes were great, Chicken Pot Pie had so much pepper in it that it was almost inedible & our daughters chicken fingers were also pretty fiery .
$17 for the Pie is extortionate .
Service was poor, our server only arrived by accident when we were asked if we had any questions by a passing waitress who then became our server ... this being 30 minutes after our seating .
Very noisy bar / restaurant which is clearly an after work hang out for local business people .
Not for families with younger children .
There are much better places to dine on International Drive. Got the chicken and andouille sausage pasta dish. Two bites in and got a large piece of chicken cartilage. After spotting that out into my napkin as discretely as I could, I could not stomach another bite of my dinner. Waitress never came back to ask about our meals, and at the end of service she didn’t acknowledge my uneaten dinner. I kept quiet and paid for the meal as It was a small work function and I didn’t want to make a big fuss out of it. But I will never recommend this restaurant to others, and will never return.
Ordered a 37$ striploin steak (which also happened to be the one of the most expensive items on the menu) and asked for it "medium rare". The steak came out blue rare. I informed the server (they did agree it was not cooked sufficiently) and they took the steak back. However, I had to watch my spouse eat their meal while I waited for mine to be cooked properly. When the steak did come out it was cooked adequately. At this point I ate the steak alone and it was my spouse's turn to watch me eat. After I finished, I was at least expecting some sort of compensation (which is standard practice at any well established restaurant). To my surprise, they charged us full price for everything. I would have at least expected one of my two beers be comped. I then overheard that they had done the same thing to the table behind us (undercooked a steak). Not what I was expecting for a restaurant that charged in excess of 100$ USD for their dining experience which was lacklustre at best. Would not recommend it, and would not go back. Severely disappointing.
Nice restaurant with good food. A lot to f different choices. Outdoor seating near street is noisy but still ok for business meal
Really enjoyed this restaurant! Sean the waiter was really personable and very kind. We came on a sat night while on vacation and were able to enjoy the Olympics while sitting cozy in a booth and enjoying yummy drinks and food. Loved it!
Our server Hector was amazing. He was knowledgeable, friendly and fun.
The Chicken and Ahi dinners were fantastic.
Too many visits to the table from three different wait staff. Noise level high
I booked reservation for 7:30 but we had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated. We had drinks at the bar while waiting. Service was great. They came to get us when the table was ready. Copper Canyon has great atmosphere. We had the crab cakes and who tuna both were awesome. I give them thumbs up.
Food was delicious! Drinks from the bar were not. Service, awesome!!
Table service was very good, as our various servers were attentive. Young lay who seated us was somewhat less than engaging. Food was OK, certainly nothing special.
Wonderful meal, great SERVICE ....Roasted chicken was very good as were the fried green tomatoes !!
The chicken!!!!!!! Had it in a salad. Probably one of the best salads. The rest of the table loved theirs also, and the service was amazing!
The atmosphere is nice and the skillet cornbread was delicious!
Sean attended to us during lunch. He was very informative about the restaurant and menu. Food was excellent and our service from start to finish was exceptional. We will be back next time we are in town. Thank you!!
Excellent all the way around.
We arrived late for our reservation as we had gone to the wrong restaurant, Cooper Hawks Winery. Copper Canyon Grill was very understanding and seated us after only 15 minutes. The food and service is excellent, love the decor.
It was ok. They did not have our reservation on time...waited 20 minutes with Open Table res. No big deal. Fries were cold. Service was rather slow. Other food was good. Wine pricing is crazy high but good selection.
We were with relatives that we had not seen in a few years. There was no pressure to hurry. The staff was very cordial and attentive. The food was delicious and well presented. We will go back again
Wonderful afternoon lunch spent at Copper Canyon. Server was very attentive, drinks were never left empty, and the food was awesome as always and came out in a timely manner
had a table next to us with 20 teenagers playing games at the table, they were very loud, a baby crying in the other corner from all the noise. food was mediocre. will go somewhere more upscale next time to avoid the disneyland vibe.
Met with cousins for an evening of good cheer and catch-up. One of us is in a power scooter so the accommodations had to be special and the receptionist was quite understanding and agreeable to our needs and saw to it we had the table area that best fit.
I also have many allergies and doctor requests for a special diet and the head manager and chef came out to discuss options and specifics for my meal. It was delicious and safe for me.
Noise level did get a bit too high for good conversation however all in all a very nice evening.
Food and service were great...surpassing our expectations. We had the pot pie and rotisserie chicken, and deviled eggs appetizer. It was a convention week so no empty tables. Noisy inside due to the crowd. Too dark inside for us, so we ate on the patio, which was quiet and brighter.
A good lunch meeting!
Food and service was great! However, this was a business meal and it was nearly impossible to carry on a conversation with my client due to the noise level.
Went while in town for a convention. Although a bit noisy, it was fun and the food was tasty. They have a team approach to service, meaning two or more individuals will be taking care of your table. I found this a bit confusing and I believe so did the staff as one didn’t always know what the other had already done. We ordered cornbread which we never received , but otherwise the food was very good. The ribs are very flavorful and fall of the bone and my husband loved his meatloaf. We will definitely visit again.
Great place and a go to for a team dinner before a conference. Also have eaten here with family during a trip to Orlando for fun. Either way the experience was great. Get the chicken you wont be disappointed.
Great food and service!
