   Usually a very good experience. I think it was just to busy on valentines day that it was hard for them to keep up with service.

   I understand it was Valentine's Day and you have more patrons than usual. But if you are going to charge $75/person servers cannot leave a table unattended for 20 minutes

   Our experience wasn’t great. We had 5 people at our table, but the server who was meant to bring the meat rarely came over. The side orders we queued up either never arrived or came only partially. When we asked the server about this, she mentioned that they might have lost our order and suggested we reorder, but even those reorders didn’t come. Additionally, the glasses we were given were very dirty, with noticeable gunk on them, which was disappointing. Overall, the service just didn’t meet expectations and dulled the birthday experience that we were initially very excited for…

   The meat was amazing. I particularly loved the cornbread (I know, random). The only thing I would criticize is that the waitress is never around. We kept waiting to ask for drink refills.

   Overall amazing experience. Towards the end the service became slower, but, it’s to be expected that late at night. Highly recommend and will be back!

   Always great food but delay during this visit between offerings was just too long, between sessions sometimes took 10 min. They should be walking by every 5 min with another offering, we had to ask for specifics, and it seemed they had slow of servers waiting in the cook area, but not active on the floor.

   The food was great and waitress was very friendly. Unfortunatley, the service was very slow in bringing the meats. We waited quite a long time with empty plates. I think they need more staff. We had to ask several times for something and were told they will get someone to come over but nobody showed up. It was my 1st time at this location, not sure I will go again. Thank you

   Food was fantastic and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend the pineapple. The service is terrible and you constantly have to keep asking people to bring you food. If you go, ask the food service men for requests. The server won’t listen to you and they’re very rude. I keep coming back because the food is amazing, but I have to be mentally prepared to be ignored the entire night.

    We advised that it was a birthday party for my son, but it was not reflected in the experience. Nevertheless, the food and service were excellent.
