Este restaurante es el primer rodizio de Canadá. La visita al establecimiento Copacabana comienza con la "Galleria", una panadería de diseño abierto donde se preparan panes recién horneados y salsas, quesos frescos cortados en la rueda y una selección de embutidos rebanados por manos expertas. También se sirven ensaladas atractivas y aperitivos coloridos. En la mesa, los gauchos o trinchadores le servirán un auténtico festín de carnes a la parrilla CAB (carne de res Angus certificada), preparadas de muchas formas distintas. Poor service..All the meat was rare..all orders for side dishes have to be done online not personal at all..Tip is automatically calculated in. Never coming back....Mark Rogers

I’ve been here multiple times at least 6-8 and the last time we had gone the service wasn’t great We came back again as this is our favourite restaurant but the service was horrible I’m finding it very difficult to spend the money to come back here again with the decline in service

Quality in Niagara location is substantially/noticeably better and a lot more protein variety. It felt like we were being rushed 45 minutes into sitting down and then the food dried up substanitally.

We used to LOVE this restaurant but our recent visit was so bad that we will not be back again. Rude hostess, made to wait for table because we were 10 mins early for reservation on a non-busy night (Sunday) with lots of tables available, she seemed annoyed that we were early. After waiting about 20 mins she took us to a booth even though our reservation specifically said NO booths (half-book was okay) - very few booths in the restaurant but still ended in a booth. Didn't complain. Table was dirty, a water glass on the table was dirty, missing a glass and a fork. Informed them 3 times about the fork - finally received one after 3rd request and our son was eating his food with the serving tongs! Meat was shaved razor thin and portions about the size of a loonie. Have always left FULL - this time left still hungry. Brought Birthday cake to table and the server literally sang first two words then took off! Time between the servings was about 10 - 15 mins. Very few choices from sides and they were mediocre. Meat was delicious though. And the kicker - a MANDATORY FORCED 18% Gratuity added on top of a meal that was already almost $100 per person (when an alcoholic beverage was ordered too) - no wonder staff didn't care!!!! They know they're getting WELL tipped ($70.00 Gratuity) despite their poor service. That's NOT how gratuities work!! We complained about it and they weren't going to remove it - said it was mandatory! Oh! And on the phone to order with, BE CAREFUL of a SCAM - app had a box checked off on credit card page to a music subscription service! Decor is old, worn (ripped seats on booths) and tired looking. Dirty and dingy. This place WAS our favourite but NO longer.

This was our first time back in a while. We were really impressed with changes made and the food was amazing. Great service and we will definitely be back.

Staff were all very nice, but they basically encourage you to order apps and ignore you for the first hour you're there. Then in the last half hour, they come around to give you the meats, obviously hoping you're already full on the all you can eat appetizers. Not worth like $120 each.

This location has has its ups and downs and I know they have had at least 1 management change in the last decade or so. I'm happy to report that the service has greatly improved since the last time I was there, where I had to ask the waitress for napkins 3 times, only for me to have to walk over to the counter and get them myself. But prior to that, Copa Cabana Vaughan had always been soild. I'm very grateful that they brought back the birthday gift, especially since the price is $20.00 more than it used to be, before the pandemic. Food variety was okay, Copa has always been beef heavy in comparison to places like Brasa or Touro, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. They were a little heavy on the salt this time, in my party of 11 there were people who have a very high salt tolerance, who found some of the cuts too salty, albeit, the Brazilian seasoning tends to be on the salty side, but this was a bit too heavy. The spicy (Moroccan) Chicken has been absent for a number of years which they definitely need to consider bringing back, because it was that good; they're new chicken offerings are good, but they can't compare. (Peri-Peri and Lime). There was also no Beazilian Sausage, which I missed since it is one of my favourite offerings. Other than these minor nitpicks, it was a wonderful experience which aligns more with my earlier experiences at this location and helps forget about the more recent negative one.

The meat as always is delicious but the sides need some additional seasoning. The service wasn’t the best this time around for the meat. We dined in February and it was amazing but it wasn’t great this time. The server was great. It’s a great restaurant but the serving of the meat is non consistent at each visit. I understand it was busy but that shouldn’t matter since the dining here isn’t cheap.
