    Our server was Kris D. She did an excellent job seeing that our dinner was for my birthday and our anniversary. She helped us with the menu because it was our first time at Cooper’s Hawk. The food was outstanding. We enjoyed our evening.

    I love going to Cooper’s Hawk! The ambience is wonderful. The wine selections are great! The food choices are fabulous! Cost is as you would expect from a fantastic restaurant. A little on the higher end but so worth it!

    My family and I decided to come here to celebrate my birthday. We had reservations and it took some time to get seated. The place was busy, and our waiter took forever to take our order. We ate our complimentary bread and wasn’t asked if wanted additional bread while we waited a very long time for our entree’s. The manager (or supervisor) was walking around and did not to stop and ask how our service was with our empty table but she asked the other tables with food on them. There was nothing special about celebrating my birthday there and I regret choosing this place and especially for the price. I got the salmon; it was good, however majority of my plate was Cole slaw. My husband got the special $50 surf and turf and his filet medallions were not cooked properly, but luckily he was able to get a new plate with his desired steak. Overall, this place was lacking and I didn’t even want to stay for the dessert because we were there already a few hours. I won’t be returning.

    It was disappointing to sit at the table for 15 minutes without interaction with a server. Not even water or acknowledge they were not aware of the table. At 5:10 the restaurant was out of a variety of meals and sides. Clearly you can tell the restaurant had not prepared for the rush and had a lunch service that used dinner portions. Seating on the far right side of the restaurant, closest to the outside dining is cold. Three separate managers or team leads would stand with the door open and communicate with wait staff while letting in cold air. I literally and politely asked one female to please shut the door. I would hope based on the reputation Coopers Hawk has for its servers, chefs and atmosphere the service would have been better. Having been and still am a server for 18 years, may I suggest that your managers and leads interact with your guest, be seen and mingle to make sure your guest are happy. Maybe you will get a better review next time.

    Had reservations and had to wait 15 minutes to be seated, which was not bad for this busy time. Our server was great, very nice, and attentive. Calamari was ok but dipping sauce lacked flavor. Shrimp and lobster bisque was also ok. Chicken potstickers was good, no complaints.

    We had a 5:45 reservation. The dining area was brightly lit which detracted from the ambience. Pot sticker appetizers and drinks were great. Entrees were overpriced. The short rib risotto was more like a beef stew over rice . Not worth $33. The roasted chicken giardiniara tasted like hospital food. Also not worth $21. If we go back, it’ll be for drinks and apps only.

    We’ve eaten there several times with excellent results but this time our table had not been cleaned. We had to ask for silverware set ups. We asked several times for lemon for our water. Our waitress was no where to be found most of the time.

    The service was amazing and the food was great! However, the noise level was incredible, with one particular table overpowering our section. This was my first time going so I now understand the atmosphere is a combination of lots of people in a small area and lots of wine. Other than that it was great. If you’re looking for a quiet or more intimate setting I would recommend somewhere else.

    My wife and I are wine members. We go for a nice lunch and pick up the wines we have selected. The restaurant is well managed, the service is the best,and the food is outstanding. Try it, you will enjoy it. You don't have to be a member to have a great meal

    We had a prior, less-than-positive experience the last time we dined at Cooper’s Hawk, but we decided to give it a second chance because family members had given us a gift card. We were much more pleased with this visit. Our server was very attentive and our food was well prepared. Overall we had a very positive experience at Cooper’s Hawk.

    Brought the wrong meal, and rather than make my partner eat without me I told them it was ok (but not what I really wanted). Rather than making it right, the bill came with an additional $30 in charged because the meal they brought was higher price and they added a charge for the salad. After raising the issue the brought the price down but no apologies, manager visit, or anything.

    The food is quite pricy and I wasn’t overly impressed. My $20 salad had old avocado on it. The children’s pizza had hardly any fries. The service was okay. The server was nice and when he was at our table, he was attentive. We had to wait far too long between requesting a wine sample and actually having our food orders taken. Overall, it was okay and I don’t think we will be back for a while.

    Came for the cranberry sangria. Was told they were out of it so ordered other drinks. Then saw it served at the table next to us. Told the waitress who said “ thanks for telling me”

    Had a reservation but still had to wait for a table. The Thanksgiving dinner was so bad we sent it back. The waitress was horrible and was no where to be found, could not even keep our drinks even half full. We were there for 3 hours!!! The food took forever and even when we did come out, was still cold and nasty! The original menu rocks but this Thanksgiving dinner was such a huge disappointment.

    This was the first time my husband and I went out for Thanksgiving dinner. Cooper's Hawk exceeded our expectations! Although it was a busy time, we were seated within about 10 minutes of our reservation. The dinner was excellent and the waitstaff did a great job! We will definitely go back for future holiday events.

    We were there for Thanksgiving dinner but were glad they were serving the whole menu. We had filet mignon steak, Betty’s Potatoes and grilled broccoli. They were all good. Steak did not need the additional flavor topping they charge for. It was perfect without it and moist. We had the ahi tuna appetizer and the monthly special dessert Caramel Macchiato Brownie which was good but we should have split it. It was very rich. They were busy and the service as good, enough servers for the whole restaurant to be open.

    Our server Amanda was amazing!!! Her positive attitude and the way she took such good care of us made our Thanksgiving. By the end of our meal, she felt like family. The food was excellent, as usual. It’s servers like Amanda that will keep us coming back.

    We were seated 35 minutes after our 11:30am reservation, with our order taker another 10 minutes later. We ordered 3 Thanksgiving (adult) meals but we’re served three children’s meals, tiny. They took 15 minutes to be served after our order was taken incorrectly. My wife’s wine was served after the meal. All in all the subpar experience took over two hours. We left disappointed and unsatisfied with the cafeteria style kids meals. What an utter fail.
