    Our server, Judy, was excellent. We had someone with food allergies, and the chef came out to talk to them. Overall great experience.

    Our server, Judy, was one of the best servers we’ve ever had. Very knowledgeable. One of our guests is gluten intolerant, so she helped answer all of her questions and guided everyone through the menu options. Her timing for checking back on us was impeccable.

    This is a hard review to write as we have never had a problem at Cooper Hawks. The server Nick had way too many people we felt bad. We waited way too long to get our drinks. We ordered a bottle of wine and had to ask twice for it after our lunch was served When we first set down in the bar area at the high top, there was no one in the restaurant. We asked the bartender for a drink and he stated and I quote. “ I only serve people who sit at the bar.” We have always had perfect service at this Cooper Hawk. A big shout out To the young lady working at the Wine tasteing I believe her name was Nicole. Sorry if I get her name wrong, she was so knowledgeable and so kind. This is what we’re used to when we spend time at Cooper Hawkes. I hope when we return we do not have the same experience in the bar area. Thanks for the fantastic wine and the great food.

    Always love Cooper’s Hawk. Service was a bit slow for how empty the restaurant was but we weren’t in a rush. Everything was delicious as usual.

    Had an awesome dinner there with my wife and kids. Especially nice was the gluten free menu they which made picking a space for dinner even easier with my daughter who has Celiac disease.

    Our food and drinks were delicious. The am ience was beautiful. But our server, Ashley, was chef’s kiss perfection. She had a strong knowledge of the menu and had perfect suggestions. We would 100% go back and ask to sit in Ashley’s section again.

    As a regular and wine xlub member we are there about twice a month. As a wine bar I have certain expectations for the wine service. I ordered a bottle of red. No offer to aeration and no offer of taste on first opening. Then she walked off with the cork. He attitude was such as she jusr wanted to hustle the food out. I over heard her offering to take more tables. All the old servers are gone with also the management. Management needs to address customer service.

    Very noisy. Could hardly hear my acquaintances across the table. Food was good. Wine flight had nice serving size but a few of the wines did not taste good at all. Either not aerated properly or had been sitting out too long.

    Cool concept. Great menu! Front staff was very friendly. Sat quickly, but took quite a while(almost 20 min) for server to get to us. We didn't think it was wildly crowded...but that level of service continued. We ordered a few wine samples, then apps, which don't take long. Then we ordered dinner, and "the most expensive bottle here," which was really good, def not standout. Meal came quickly, and was delicious. We had the short rib risotto and the blackened tuna-nothing were very very good! Highly recommended! However-server then forgot about us. We finally saw her and motioned her over, at least 20 min after our meals arrived. She knew instantly she'd forgotten our wine. She was flustered (she'd already told us several times how annoyed she was, she wanted to cry, "they" gave her too many tables, etc -very unprofessional!). She came back with that wine, and put it into the aerator--unique little fun thing about this place. Then-she told us she'd had to run around and find that bottle, bc everyone said there weren't any left, but she was determined to find it for us...but we'd seen her several times while waiting for the bottle, and when she saw us waving her over, she'd said she was sorry, she was all flustered-we didn't think she'd been looking for wine...so--food great; wine pretty good; surroundings ok-kind of like a small banquet hall, not intimate or appealing; staff very good, except for our waitress. Hard job, but no one paying for a good dinner out wants to hear borderline venom-y whining and complaining.

    We visited for my birthday last night. Wine tasting and Dinner. Wine tasting experience was exceptional, as always. I didn't get our server's name for that experience but she was a delight to interact with. Mariah was our server and was extraordinary! Our dinner was perfect and delicious. Also server Mike checked on us a few times and chatted a bit. We love your location. We're wine club members and also come to Cooper's for our fancy night out or special occasions. Thank you for always making us feel welcome when we visit! You're our favorite spot to wine & dine!

    From start to finish dining here was an awesome experience. The food, wine and service were all top notch. Our server Mike is the best server I think we have ever had. His knowledge of the food and wine is second to none. We will definitely make this a go to restaurant when we are in the area.

    Food is made to order and served hot Service today was horrible! No waitress for over 10 minutes, then took the wine and app order - app came before she came back with our bottle of wine Didn’t see her for 30 minutes. Had to ask another waitress to take our food order Had to go to hostess counter for bill - then waitress came with breakfast bill - no apology This has not the service we are accustomed to at any Coopers

    I went on the Saturday after Thanksgiving so it was quite crowded with an accompanying amount of noise. I've been other times when it was much more quiet The meal and service was excellent and since I joined their member club, quite reasonable. I will definitely go again.

    We love Cooper's Hawk and have taken family that were visiting for Thanksgiving last year and this year. We had the same server, Judy, who remembered us from last year. Her service was exceptional, and she is very attentive.

    Great location and excellent service. Wait staff was amazing. Outdoor seating was the only negative in light of the change in weather but hostesses were able to accommodate and made us comfortable with several outdoor heaters.

    The server was not nice, didn’t feel welcoming, made the family uncomfortable, and made a false promise with the bill. Overall, it was not good service by the server. I still provide 20 percent tip even through the waiter doesn’t deserve it. The food is delicious.

    We love Coopers Hawk, the food is outstanding and the wine even better! The thanksgiving dinner was outstanding. The servers were rushed and things were a bit hectic and the noise level was deafening! Just as expected. I did not cook with parades and football in the background. LOL All in All a perfect Thanksgiving!

    Reservation at 4pm arrived at 3:53pm. We were seated at 440pm and no one came to table after 5min. We got up and left. I know it was Thanksgiving but this was terrible service.

    The Thanksgiving meal at Cooper’s Hawk was delicious and the cost was very reasonable. It was crowded and therefore somewhat noisy due to the Holiday. It took a little longer than normal to get our food but understandable.

    Went for thanksgiving lunch and had a good time. Brussel sprouts appetizer is great. Surf and turf pork chop with pretzel crust was phenomenal, grouper was cooked great but I didn’t like the crust on it, it overpowered the flavor of the grouper. Had a couple hiccups with soups not coming out at all and wrong dish being brought out but they fixed it. Service was a bit slow but it was thanksgiving and they were busy and a little understaffed. We enjoy Coopers Hawk because it has a good variety on the menu for everyone.
