   Most hostesses were nice, but one blonde girl hostess was very snotty. Server was nice. Food was great. First time we sat inside. Usually we sit outside, so it was a nice change.

   We eat here every time we come to Florida and our dinner and service was the best. I think our server was Tawnya and she was very attentive. The filet was phenomenal!

   We had a lovely early evening meal on the deck. Our waitress was wonderful and the food was divine right down to the key lime pie. If you are a lover of seafood then I highly recommend trying Columbia in Sand Key!

   I had requested waterside seating and did not get this experience. I would like to have been informed this was not possible with my party size upon making my reservation as everyone was expecting a waterside seat. This was a huge disappointment! Please communicate any requests that are not able to be fulfilled.

    One of our favorite restaurants. Food and atmosphere is sooo good. We had the perfect weather to sit outside which is a real treat before it gets too warm. The warm homemade bread and tomato salad is to die for.

    Arrived 5 min before reservation. Waited 35 min. Then they showed us to a table outside in front of the bar with all the people waiting for tables. The customer service at this facility is absolutely terrible. They do not care about their customer base.

    Love, as always, the scallop appetizer and the tomato salad. Two of my favorites. On our last visit, Robert our server, was simply the BEST! Great energy and fabulous service. Can’t wait to come back!

    Loved the tapas sampler appetizer. The scallops, croquettes, and crab cakes were perfectly cooked with great flavor. The crab cakes had an impressive amount of crab. The Cuban bread was so good and puts you in carb heaven. We also loved the signature salad. I was skeptical about the dressing, but it was actually really good. All of the ingredients combined added up to a really great salad. Our entrees were good, but honestly I thought the tapas, salad, and bread were the highlights. My husband also said the blueberry tea was the best he's had, especially adding honey to it. We also had great service.

    We’ve been sticking to low carb but couldn’t resist the bread, it was out of this world. So was the salad and the “local” wine. The atmosphere was fantastic as well. However, our entrees were both terrible. Both of us were looking forward to Cuban pork but the waitress advised against ordering it. So my husband got a combo dinner and I got the paella. Neither were very good at all. If we go back, we’ll stick to a large salad and of course the bread!

    My niece, whom I hadn't seen in 35 years and lives in Missouri, came for a visit. She loved it! We were at a window, so she could see the water. It was wonderful. Thank you for helping me create a memory for us!

    Very slow service from our waiter James. He actually said no when I asked if we could order our food when he dropped off our cocktails. He waited on two more tables before coming back for our order. The pompano fish was pink inside and inedible. We showed this to James and he said nothing and charged us for the meal. No manager came by either. Very disappointing experience!

    The Columbia was recommended to me as a great option for our anniversary. It did not disappoint. From the table side prepared pitcher of mojitos, the warm Cuban bread and butter, to the perfectly prepared paella everything exceeded expectations. Our excellent server (from Ohio, sorry we couldn’t remember her name) surprised us with a complimentary flan for dessert to celebrate our anniversary. It was the perfect end to an amazing meal.

    Parking lot was a zoo. Sent my wife in to make sure our reservations were held while I waited for valet. Sangria, made at the table was awesome. After we ordered it took almost an hour to get our food. Food was delicious.

    The atmosphere was outstanding, and the staff was really great. I ordered the baked grouper and it was awful.  My husband ordered the ribeye and it was very fatty so he didn’t eat it. However, my son ordered the tenderloin and it was great. The 1905 salad was wonderful as always. We have always had wonderful meals in the past, I guess today everything was just off, so disappointing.

    Excellent and prompt service. Very beautiful restaurant next to the water. Food is delicious and large portion. Try the combination appetizer and the paella. These dishes are beautifully presented and so delicious ! We'll return many more time. Parking is valet. You can find parking in the strip mall lot next door but will not be easy during busy hours.

    Definitely a tourist attraction in my opinion. Had to grab the servers attention way more than you should to ask for drink refills, adding on food items, etc.. The portions are huge, but the quality was average & chicken a little dry. The ambiance and vibe was excellent. A one & done experience for me.

    The entrees are always very good and most of the appetizers disappointing. For example the queso fundido is basically canned chopped tomatoes with a very thin layer of cheese over it and no flavor but the gambas are very good. Hit or miss and usually miss on the appetizers.
