Waterfront dining at its finest! Family-owned and operated for 115 years, Columbia has earned acclaim for its old-world charm and award-winning Spanish/Cuban cuisine. Casual attire is fine, but we don’t allow sleeveless shirts on men in the dining room. Choose a table looking out onto the radiant blue waters of the Intracoastal Waterway from the Mediterranean-style dining room, or experience the casual atmosphere from our outdoor deck on the water. Join us for century-old family recipes like Paella a la Valenciana, Roast Pork a la Cubana and fresh seafood specialties. Sample a fine Spanish wine like Montecillo or Campillo. We are a sister to the Columbia in Tampa's Ybor City, founded in 1905. Children's menu available. Open 365 days a year, including all holidays.

    Service from the start was terrible. Costello our waiter was less than friendly. When asking what the most popular entrees were, he simply replied, they’re all popular, we mix them up. Watching other tables, he was clearly MUCH more friendly to others. Overall, it was expensive for the service received. We come to Clearwater AT LEAST twice a year. This was our first time at Columbia and will not be back.

    We had another delicious meal at Columbia Restaurant out on the deck overlooking the water. It doesn’t get any better! This time we enjoyed the large 1905 salad as our meal (mine with turkey and my mother had the shrimp), black bean soup and we shared some tapas with a perfect bottle of wine. Of course, the freshly baked Cuban bread is to die for as is the key lime pie!

    Columbia is one of our favorite restaurants. The server was excellent but the kitchen didn’t get my wife’s order correct. She can have no added salt, which they knew, but they sprinkled her salmon with a spice blend that most likely contained salt. She can taste it quickly and was not 100% happy with her meal. Also, her dessert was burnt on top. Not sure if that’s the method of preparation, but it wasn’t one of our best encounters at Columbia.

    Great place! I couldn't wait to eat The 1905 Salad that i had heard so much about. They make is table side for every table. It was delicious! My husband had the Cuban Sandwich. Of course, I got to taste it. It was so good! I had The Mahi Cubano with mushrooms, onions, peppers and melted cheese. Delicious! Dion was our server. He was super attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back!

    Soup (Spanish bean) and bread were fantastic. Service was good, attentive for the most part. Lovely setting, Spanish tile.The Bambino strip steak was fair, but felt it didn't match the hype. Flan was good, complimentary for a birthday.

    We had a wonderful dinner! Our waiter Ben was exceptional, providing great recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed! Definitely a must visit, food was delicious.
