Great food and great service. It’s a special place. Perfect to celebrate our 30th anniversary.
This was our second visit to Collage. Our first visit, prepandemic, we thought was excellent. This time we had some good meals, but they seemed over-the-top this time. The portions were huge and very elaborate. The veal in the Veal Orleans was not as good as our go-to Italian restaurant in Atlanta.
We go down to St. Aug. each summer (Anastasia Island) and over 40 years have migrated from Salt Water Cowboys and Raintree to many other restaurants in the area. Two years ago Collage was a find and we were anticipating our this dinner.
I am sorry to say we will probably not return next year.
The kind of food, service and elegance that is getting hard to find. Roast garlic to spread on your bread, raspberry sorbet with balsamic reduction to cleanse your palette between courses, and excellent food throughout (what everyone says about the lobster ravioli is true, and the beef was like butter). The staff is young, attractive, friendly and very well trained. Pleasure to experience more quality and less flash.
I went with my family and had a great time. The meal was excellent and we loved the location.
Another great dinner at one of our favorites!!
Great staff and menu. Well prepared. Not for children. A special occasion restaurant
First time we have been able to get back to Collage to meet with our friends in over a year. Fortunately, we had the same great level of excellence. Everyone was so professional and personable to us and the food was very delicious as always! We love this place. Th hangs so much to everyone! ♥️
The food was delicious and the service was wonderful!
Collage is consistently fantastic. Food, service, atmosphere 💯
Absolutely excellent staff, ambience, and most importantly, food! If you want fine dining, something unique, yet some thing that you’re searching for in a way more enhanced appeal—
Go here! Absolutely loved this! Book early, this place it’s always full!
Food was outstanding but was a bit bright and loud.
Excellent food. Normal sized portions. Everything was done to the 9’s.
Excellent food well prepared and great service.
Best meal we had during our stay. Its clear the chefs love food.
2nd time to Collage. Cozy 15 table restaurant and food and service are impeccable. Nice wine list. Burrata appetizer was terrific! My wife had duo of tenderloin medallions and short rib ravioli which was excellent. I had their paella with plenty of seafood and a nice rice cake with caramelized edge. We finished wit rum cake, light and fluffy, and Spanish sherry. Very nice dinner!
The food was AMAZING, the wait staff excellent, & the ambience romantic. It will be a go to anytime we are in the St Augustine area! One of my new favorites!
My wife and I feel Collage may be the best restaurant we have ever been to—-and we have been to plenty. The restaurant has a small cozy feel. The service is impeccable. My wife loved the black grouper; I loved the lobster ravioli. Oh yeah, the burata was amazing. The basil infused olive oil for the bread was spectacular
Been many times, lovely experience. Be careful about items on menu listed as "Market Price". Server did not inform me when I ordered that my dinner alone would cost $64.00. Sticker shock!
One of the best.
It was wonderful
Enjoyed the service, and unique dishes and choice there!
Good was OK but did not blow us away. A little salty. Rum cake as good.
As usual…exceptional experience! Food, ambiance, wait staff were truly amazing. Thanks for making our 36th wedding anniversary special!!!
As a culinary expert the escargot needed more salt and the rice for the paella was too salty.
High end food. High end service. Always amazing
We went to Collage for our anniversary. This is the 4th time and it never disappoints! Hannah, our server was 5 stars!!
I started with the peach mozzarella salad (a special) - wonderful. Balsamic and vinaigrette. fresh peaches. My husband always gets the buratta appetizer. It’s a big piece of buratta, but not a salad. The apricot jam and raspberry coulis is outstanding.
We usually get the tenderloin, but thought we’d try some new things. We shared the clams casino (a special) and the Encrusted Black Grouper. The clams were good. The grouper was amazing - the burre blanc matched perfectly, and the veggies were perfect.
Had the rum cake for dessert which nicely capped the meal.
Had a great meal. Food was delicious and staff was excellent. Highly recommend
We loved our meal at Collage - the service and food were both fantastic. We did end up spending $425 for a meal for 4 people and we weren't extravagant so be prepared to spend a bit.
Although they also offer seafood, we opted for lamb and veal dishes. Both were outstanding. The best non-seafood we have found in any North Florida beach community. Salads and appetizers were equally tasty. The restaurant is quaint, quiet and both the wait staff and hostess were professional, polite and attentive. Wine list represented outstanding value. I rate the restaurant as highly recommended and I rarely write a review.
Best wait staff ever. They work as a team. I lost a valuable pendant while at the restaurant. The staff went out of their way to help me recover it. I am forever grateful.
As always, the team knocks it out of the knock 🤗🤗 - the staff is friendly, knowledgeable & professional & the food is fabulous!
The food was very good and the quiet setting made a very romantic place to have dinner.
The escargot was fantastic.
Food was good, service was good..kind of outdated and unnecessarily stuffy.
Duck was amazing!
Absolutely wonderful dining experience! Amazing food and service. Highly recommend.
Choose this restaurant for our anniversary dinner. Very lovely little place. One smaller front room with a fireplace and larger room in back. We were a bit disappointed with hostess seating us at a small table right in front of the fireplace, very close to other large table. So we asked to be moved which she complied with. I made the reservation a month in advance so I really don’t understand that. Besides that, the service and food were outstanding! From the bread with roasted garlic to warm goat cheese salad and our entrees, duck and rack of lamb, everything was delicious. Would very much recommend this restaurant. It is a bit pricey but worth it.
We had a wonderful evening celebrating our 27th wedding anniversary. I always get the lobster ravioli and it’s amazing! My husband tried the black grouper and enjoyed it as well. Our server (Hannah, I think) was excellent.
We chose to celebrate our anniversary at Collage again this year. The food was excellent and the service was impeccable, as always.
We took our own wine, and the sorbet and salad were good, but our fish entree was so-so. Couldn’t taste the fish because of all the stuff underneath and on top. Trying to do too much. It was expensive for what it was. And $20 for a corking fee is high.
The atmosphere is intimate and nice.
