Amazing food, service and ambiance! My husband had our anniversary dinner here and it was the best choice we could have made!
Amazing, this was by far one on the best dinners I have had.
In the pandemic world we are currently living in, it would take an extraordinary experience to transport you to a much better place. Collage opened that door with a quaint venue, superb service and a fabulous meal. It is a small restaurant and my wife and I were initially concerned about the close quarters and then our meal choices began to arrive, each better than the next. Thank you, Collage, for the break from reality. We’ll be back carrying less pandemic baggage and a healthy appetite.
Excellent food and very nice selection. Great to have a meal prepared by a great chef
Wonderful experience. Quiet, romantic with excellent food!
My favorite restaurant in town. So delicious and service was excellent.
What a hidden gem we found! Everything was excellent for our anniversary dinner. We would highly recommend it and look forward to returning.
Excellent food and EXCEPTIONAL service. Hands down, THE #1 restaurant experience in the Ancient City.
Great whole in the wall restaurant in the middle of downtown st. Augustine. Different from all other restaurants around, a quiet romantic feel. Great for a date night
My wife and I wanted to treat ourselves to a nice dinner for our anniversary, so we decided to try out Collage and we were not disappointed! The food was amazing and the quaint dining room setting and friendly staff took it over the top. We would definetly recommend this place to family and friends and we look forward to coming back.
They didn’t have the dish we requested. Cost overshadowed quality. Would not go back except I have a gift certificate.
Excellent restaurant, excellent service....my husband was disappointed that they ran out of diver scallops, but our dinners were excellent
Outstanding gem in the historic district. The paella was better than any I had in Spain.
Beyond wonderful food.
Excellent customer service and food quality matched the value. We enjoyed the scallops and grouper ! Make a reservation and enjoy!
We enjoyed our first-time dinner at Collage. The atmosphere was peaceful and there was a real sense of excellence from the staff. We were warmly greeted and seated immediately. Our server was extremely professional (sorry I don’t remember her name!). Started with one of the most delicious Caesar salads I have had lately. We both ordered the tenderloin- mine w truffle butter and hubby w Gorgonzola sauce. So delicious- quality meat and preparation. Excellent bread also. Had the coconut ice cream and the butter cake for dessert. The cake was good and the ice cream was amazing. Extensive wine list. We will definitely be back to sample some of the other menu items. Worth the expense!
Ambiance is excellent. Great menu. Difficult deciding what you want to try. Only saw one empty table for a short period of time. Service was very good, but not excellent. Food was over the top!
Excellent choice like European restaurant in USA
Absolutely the best restaurant in St Augustine. We have always had a great experience when dine there.
As always the whole dining experience is incomparable. The menu selections are varied, the wine list is superb, the service is immaculate, and the ambiance is wonderful. My wife and I always make a point of dining at Collage at least once whenever we are visiting St Augustine.
This was a wonderful, quiet, upscale restaurant. Our experience here was perfect. Very friendly staff, nice quiet setting, the food was delicious and the service was amazing. We almost had to cancel our reservation because we brought our puppy to Saint Augustine and the hotel told us we were not allowed to leave him in the room while we went to dinner so I called to cancel the reservation and they said they would accommodate the puppy. They agreed to put us in the corner so that he would be out of the way and it worked out wonderfully. He was in a little carrierand was on the floor by our feet and slept the entire time and never made a peep. And he never does when we take him anywhere. If I thought that he would bark or be any kind of disruption, I would’ve never taken him. But thank you to the outstanding management and staff for letting us enjoy our dinner and keep our reservation. My 12-year-old daughter is the one who wanted to eat here so she was very pleased they let us bring him. We will definitely eat here every time we visit Saint Augustine and can’t wait!!!!
As always, the food and service was fantastic.
Fantastic service and amazing food!
Every single thing we had was amazing! Wonderful experience - we would highly recommend.
I loved everything we ate here. It is a bit pricey but worth every penny. We started with Gambas Al Ajillo and Burrata for appetizers. We were served warm Tuscan bread with freshly roasted garlic and basil infused olive oil then the appetizers arrived. The Gambas we’re so tender and just the right amount of spicy. The burrata was really smooth and the raspberry and walnut were just the accent flavors. Then they brought a raspberry sorbet to cleanse the palette before bringing the lobster ravioli and scallops. Both just melted in our mouth. It was difficult but we made room for dessert. It was a perfect night in a great restaurant with a great relaxed ambiance with superb service and food.
Drove up from Hammock Beach to this quaint spot in St. Augustine. Could not have been more satisfied. The service and the food were exceptional. They were very covid prepared and I felt safe and well served. The food was exceptional. The chef knows how to layer flavors in a way that will not disappoint! Highly recommend. My only recommendation would be to add a small serving of something chocolate with the homemade coconut ice cream. That would be INSANE!!!
This was our first time eating here and we were pleasantly surprised. It’s a quaint little restaurant with simple decor however the presentation of the food is far from simple. The presentation was amazing, the food tasted wonderful and the service was great too. Our server had a sense of humor which we greatly appreciated. We will be back the next time we visit St Augustine.
Several items on the menu that I wanted to try (went with the special, Halibut - amazing); extensive wine list - lots of choices and some nice values hidden throughout. Service was very good. Will ALWAYS visit Collage when in St. Augustine.
Visited St. Augustine for our anniversary and this was the best meal for the entire trip! The goat cheese salad was amazing and the escargot appetizer was to die for. Our server Victoria was top notch!
Service was top notch but the food was lackluster. My halibut was grossly underseasoned and slightly overcooked. Even for experienced chefs halibut can be difficult to cook perfectly. The crab croquets were delicious and I saved them for last. My coffee was luke warm (no I didn't add cream and sugar. I drink it black) the anniversary cake (albeit complimentary) was dry and lacked flavor. Did you just buy a publix white cake without icing and just nuke it before serving? And the creme brulee (my favorite dessert) was average at best. I've enjoyed creme brulee across the globe and this one wasn't memorable good or bad. The atmosphere was very pleasant. This was a good one time restaurant.
Very good food but small portions and somewhat overpriced. They were informed that we were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary when we made the reservation and after we were seated. They made no mention of it in any way...very disappointing. It is not likely that we will return.
This was the first time we had dined at Collage and we couldn’t be more impressed. I had beef tenderloin with truffle butter and my husband had the scallops dish, both excellent and I couldn’t believe the generous sides my dish came with. The service was outstanding—attentive without being obtrusive. With 2 entrees, one Caesar salad, and 2 cocktails, our tab was only 107.00..incredible value for the quality of the food and experience. This is our new favorite place in St Augustine.
Great food and dining experience. Friendly staff and perfect every time
Awesome! Such a great time! Sidney our server was fantastic!
Amazing. Food, wine, service. Best of all worlds
Superb food, excellent service and great atmosphere.
Celebrated engagement 17 yrs ago there--at the time was "The Parisien".
We love Collage. Have been celebrating our anniversaries there for a while now along with our neighbors who celebrate their anniversary the same date as ours.
So thankful they were open!!!
The service and food were incredible! If you are looking for a fancy date night, this is one of the best places to go in Saint Augustine.
Best anniversary dinner ever!
