Early Valentines dinner
Great service, amazing food and a really prestative staff!! Great experience! I’ll definitely came back soon!!!
My husband and I dined at Collage for the first time this week. We loved it! I had the Corvina and my husband had the Lobster Ravioli. Mine was outstanding and I would definitely order it again. My husband also enjoyed his, but I think he was jealous of mine. We did not order appetizers or desserts. We did enjoy a a bottle of wine with dinner. We were seated in a room with maybe five other tables, so the noise level wasn’t bad. I was very happy about that because most restaurants these days are far too loud. I would definitely go back. It was the best meal we had in St. Augustine.
Excellent meal, attentive but not obtrusive service, eclectic menu overall a sensational dining experience. Highly recommended. Ask for Scott as your waiter.
Great experience! First time visit and the food was fantastic, service from Scott was excellent. Couldn't have been more pleased.
Always excellent and consistent!
Fantastic experience. Looking forward to returning soon.
We are never disappointed with Collage. It’s an incredible experience every time.
Any issues we had the staff addressed immediately. Will be going back again. Steak was amazing.
One of our top favorites... the atmosphere, food and service are always excellent!
Beautiful night, amazing food and service! Will definitely come back!
We thoroughly enjoyed the gracious service. Our meal was inspired, well prepared and memorable. The shrimp bisque was quite special.
Wonderful restaurant! Food was outstanding and great service!
So glad we were able to get reservations for this wonderful restaurant. We had a delicious meal and service was impeccable. I would Collage for a wonderful dinner experience.
amazing food, great service, awesome location!!!!!!!!
My husband and I went to Collage for our anniversary dinner. We got there a bit early, but they were wonderful, getting us started on a bottle of wine while we waited. The ambience was perfect for the occasion. The food is fabulous - we had escargot, salads, beef tenderloin (one of their specialties) and rack of lamb. They brought us a complementary dessert which was delicious. Collage is our favorite special occasion go-to.
Cannot day enough good s our this gem in St Augustine. Food, service and ambience are excellent!!
Every nuance of dining at Collage was exceptional. We especially commend the wait staff who are attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. Food preparation was flawless. Wish we lived closer so we could visit more often.
Our favorite...as usual everything delicious..will take friends there when they visit
Absolutely delicious. My hubby and I have been wanting to try this place for years and we finally went! I had the rack of lamb while he had the fish special, my father had the veal, and my mother had their seafood pasta. Everything was delicious; from the bread to the dessert! The ONLY downside was that it is a little noisy.
We have been to Collage many times and have never been disappointed. Our absolute favorite restaurant in St. Augustine. It stays busy so make your reservation early.
My wife and I loved this restaurant. The food, service, and ambiance were all great. We were seated at a spacious table in a small room with about 5 or 6 tables, so the noise level was low, yet the tables were spaced well enough to allow for private conversation. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful. The prices were if anything low for the quality of the food and service. My steak was cooked to perfection and delicious. Even the side vegetable was superb (even at otherwise good restaurants the side vegetable often appears to be an afterthought intended just to occupy excess room on the plate). The manager stopped by to ask if we were enjoying our meals and if we needed anything (we were and didn't). Alas, we were just visiting St. Augustine for a brief reprieve from a New England winter. Were the Collage local, we would be regulars.
It has been our favorite restaurant in Saint Augustine for years Everything is always perfect.
We were on an anniversary trip and wanted something special. Collage was recommended by the bartender at our hotel, and it totally met our expectations. Very creative menu and extensive wine list. The server (Sydney) answered our menu questions patiently and expertly - then overheard us toasting each other for our anniversary and surprised us with a lovely dessert. My husband had steak and I tried a fish new to me - Covina. Our dinners were simply delicious, and very artfully presented. Highly recommend Collage!
The whole experience was amazing!!! The Filet Medalions and the Grouper we’re both SPECTACULAR! Highly recommended you make sure and eat here while in St. AUGUSTINE. Must be hands down the #1 Restaurant in town. Thank you for serving us such a phenomenal dinner, we will be back!
Interesting variations of modern dishes. Well balanced seasoning, sauces, dressing on fresh ingredients. Attentive service, good wine list and nice ambiance.
My wife and I live in Jax Beach and decided to do a staycation in St Augustine. Found out about Collage from a client and decided to dine in. By far one of the best restaurants I have dine in since moving to Florida last year. The ambiance is priceless and the mix of international cuisine with local ingredients is A+!! Will definitely be back!
The staff is always attentive and treat us with care.
The food is a special treat amongst the many restaurants we dine at within the US!
Our favorite in our hometown.
Very romantic and delicious. Awesome and excellent service.
This was our second visit to Collage and it completely exceeded our expectations. Service and food quality was exceptional, there was absolutely no way our experience could have been better. Collage staff goes to great lengths to assure each guest has a wonderful experience. We highly recommend Collage to anyone who asks where is a great place to dine is St. Augustine.
Intimate conversation-friendly space. Attentive but unobtrusive service. Large menu selection standard and imaginative dishes. Food was very well prepared and presented.
The food is always excellent as is the service. I had the lobster ravioli, my favorite, and the pasta was tender, the shrimp were just right and the lobster tail was cooked perfectly. My husband had the steak and was well pleased. Collage is a lovely place to dine.
It was our 50th Wedding Anniversary. It was the perfect place to celebrate in St Augustine
We were in town early for our son’s wedding and arranged an easy dinner for 7 two nights before the big event. Collage has been a favorite of ours for years. It lived up to all our expectations this time too. A fantastic experience.
Excellent all the way around
A small unassuming exterior, but lovely inside. You could walk by without seeing it, but you would miss something amazing. We started with the "Duck 3-ways" and it was remarkable. Main dish was Scallops with Pancetta, a meal that is now the PRIMARY reason I will visit St Augustine again!
Overall one of my top three meals of all time (I'm 60, and there have been MANY meals!)
Lived up to all of the great reviews I read. Great staff, eccellent presentation and flavor, very accommodating for vegetarian options.
I think They need to get their liquor license! After dinner drink would’ve been nice also. The alcoholics!
Average food at best, lobster over cooked. ok atmosphere. Not a full bar, just beer and wine.
This was our 2nd time eating here. I had the Diver Caught Sea Scallops which on the menu seemed intriguing (popcorn sauce). The scallops were cooked perfectly, but did not have a lot of flavor. The intriguing popcorn sauce tasted more buttery rich than having any popcorn flavor to it. My wife had the special monkfish which was very good, nicely cooked with great flavor. For appetizers I had the special bacon sausage soup which was simply outstanding (the highlight of the meal). My wife had burrata which was a cheese dish. It was good, very tasty, but the portion was big and it probably would have been better if smaller in size along with other cheeses or be offered as a desert since it was very creamy rich especially with the two sauces on the side of raspberry and apricot. Service was excellent. Nice cozy atmosphere eventhough the room is small and a little on the loud side. We did have to wait 20 min past our reservation time to be seated, but that was probably not the restaurant's fault, but the previous diners.
