Cochon Volant Brasserie is a french bakery, brasserie, & bar in the loop led by James Beard winning chef Roland Liccioni of Les Nomades and acclaimed chef Matt Ayala of Gilt Bar, Schwa & Moto. The menu features French specialties such as classic steak frites, escargot, mussels, roasted chicken, and French dip sandwiches.
