Clos Maggiore is an oasis of calm in the heart of Covent Garden. Influenced by the stylish country inns of Provence and Tuscany its unique interiors create a warmth and intimacy enjoyed by both business and private parties. The conservatory has a fully retractable glass roof creating a bright and airy dining space. Our extensive cellar at Clos Maggiore includes over 2,000 labels and was extended earlier this year to include an additional 400 wines at a low – mid price range. We are very proud to have been awarded the “Best of Award of Excellence” consistently since 2003 by Wine Spectator.

    Vincent and his team at Clos Maggiore are exceptional at what they do, from the fantastic welcome our group of 4 received as we walked into this beautiful restaurant to the excellent friendly service we received. Our food was all superb. The wine list is first rate. The atmosphere and ambience of the restaurant is warm and friendly. The restaurants, tasteful floral decor gives the restaurant an outdoor feel, while still feeling very cozy and comfortable. We all loved the experience and will return back to Clos Maggiore very soon for dinner.

    We got the 3 course lunch set menu and the scallop and beef tartare was good but everything else was mediocre. The worst dish was the main lamb dish that was tough and was poor quality with lot of tendon that made it extremely chewy. It wouldn’t even cut properly. Definitely better options out there at this price point. Even service was purely pretentious and not a enjoyable experience. I can’t speak for the full course menu dining experience but definitely wouldn’t be back. Disappointing.

    I love eating here one of my favourite's in London. Great service, everyone of the staff makes you feel welcome. They all have a smile on there faces. Can’t wait to come back.
