We are a product driven restaurant and thus our menu will change frequently to reflect local, organic and fresh ingredients. We strive to make everything in-house from breads and ice creams to butchering our own meat and fish to making our own charcuterie. The clay pigeon is one of our favorite places when we are in the Fort Worth area. I think that our only comment would be is that the noise level is very high within the restaurant and it is hard to visit with all the background noise

Looked forward to dining at Clay Pigeon and it did not disappoint. Food was fantastic and our server very pleasant. The restaurant had an industrial interiror and a great energy level. Great wine selection too! Will definitely return.

All staff were helpful! The bar tender was very creative and knowledged! The food was yet again top notch and rememberable. Try the grilled quail!

Really exceptional food. The bone marrow appetizer is succulent. Salads were definitely unique and main course was spot on. I had the halibut and Lydia had the pasta with beef ragout. Not cheap but great for a special occasion. Chef Marcus Paisley rocks.

This is the best food in Fort Worth as far as I can tell but that's not saying much since Ft Worth is a devoid of good food generally.

I typically don't leave reviews but Clay Pigeon really stood out. The service was great, the food was awesome and the drinks were tasty. I would definitely come back.
