Very disappointing compared to previous years. The seafood buffet was much smaller and the vegetable choice was poor. Our server seemed more interested in the table behind us as he walked past 6 times before offering drinks refills. Perhaps there is now a limit on how much wine is available. Although 2 glasses didn't seem that much. The price has gone up so much it is definitely not now value for money.

The restaurant is good, but it's in the Marriott which is not good. Phone system, parking, website, and care of the grounds are some of the things that are more like a not-so-great Motel 6. We would return if it were stand-alone location, but since it is in the Marriott we won't be back.

We were able to make the reservation and then drove all the way over there from another hotel and they weren’t even open. No one at the hotel seemed to know that it was closed until they checked further. So surprised that a restaurant at the JW Marriott would have such poor management!

Christmas dinner Was a glitch in beginning saying my reservation was cancelled. Not sure why that was when it showed active on my open door app. But they found us a table right away. Was a great Christmas dinner. Food was phenomenal and plentiful. Would return again for holiday dinner in a heartbeat.

Disappointed and not recoverable. They switched us to another restaurant where only a buffet was the option. Crowded, half hour wait even with their belated efforts to honor reservation. Then service staff seemed more interested in turning table than service. Bottom line....paid a lot for an ok meal. Not like JW and disappointed.

While still a good place to go for brunch, Citron is not what it use to be (when JW Marriott first opened). Back then it offered an abundance of fine food choices - including more namesake French-related foods and pastries. Now it's been pared back to more usual 'standard' brunch fare. It's still a bright cheery setting with quality food. Seems JW is unsure what to do with the restaurant and its theme. The hotel has opened other onsite restaurants which may be the less attention to Citron.

Waiter not very attentive. We were told the chef would come to our table to tell us about food allergies - never came. Had to guess at what foods would be okay for me to eat & no desserts were ones I could eat. Very disappointing. Expensive to eat and not very accommodating. Will not eat there again nor recommend to anyone with a food allergy of any kind or on any kind of food plan.

Enjoyed our breakfast here... small menu and a buffet with a bunch of stuff. Convenient if you're a hotel guest. Service was excellent. My eggs and items from the buffet were all very good. More "every day" than the breakfast venue across the way at the Ritz, so you have a choice. This room is also much larger than Highball and Harvest at the Ritz.

My family and I absolutely love this place! Citron has been the family gathering spot for Thanksgiving every year since 2008 when we are all in Florida. The spread of food, expertly prepared, is off the charts. It's a phenomenal restaurant inside a spectacular hotel. You will not be disappointed!

My wife and I went to Sunday brunch at Citron. The waiter took our drink order, asked if we were getting the buffet. When he brought the drinks back to the table I indicated my wife wanted the buffet but I hadn't decided yet. He never checked back on us the entire meal. We both were out of drinks and I had wanted to order off the menu , but was never given the chance, because he did not ever come back to the table. After about 25 minutes of waiting , I told my wife to go ahead and eat and I would get get something on the way home. Would not recommend.

The menu and food would suggest an upscale dinning experience, but the number of young children unaccustomed to proper restaurant behavior made for a very unpleasant atmosphere. There were plenty of available tables in this large revenue, but the hostess kept seating families with young children around us. Apparently, this is a great restaurant for kids, but not if you want a quiet dinner without distractions.

Came to Ritz to celebrate anniversary and chose Citron as said was smart casual and American food good for special occassions. Thought would be a less formal but nice restaurant; it wasn't. It was super casual, not romantic at all. The food was okay but nothing special. Should not sell itself as anything more than the casual family hotel restaurant. For that it's fine, though a bit overpriced. If want a cool atmosphere and great food for less go to the Whisper Creek Kitchen onsite.

We had higher expectations for the restaurant given its location in the JW Marriott. Our server was great and the food quality was good but we were missing items on our dishes and there was no bread served because the kitchen didn't want to bring any more in. This wasn't so much about the bread but rather that it was a thursday night in season at 8:30 so you would expect standards to be met. On top of this they were offering a buffet option that had bread available but was only available if you paid for the buffet option. The menus were fairly limited as well and the experience as a whole wasn't what we were hoping for. It was an anniversary dinner and we expected better from a restaurant associated with a JW.

the picture you posted of the food was more elegant that it really was. I went to Normans last year an loved it but they were not open for lunch so I decided to try Citron. Food was ok. I think the menu because it had sandwiches didn't make it. I could have a turkey sandwich anywhere!

As part of a conference organized a business meeting for breakfast. All was well until a family of 6 (4 infants) sat down next to us. Surprised to see this at 7am with so many other tables to choose from on a Thu morning Also had two business lunches but regretfully had to locate our waiter to place a food order for one (second lunch - outside seating on Wed) Earlier business lunch - no issues - (first lunch on Tue) Actually - one other lunch - shortened session - was ver good. Here your waiter went out if his way to assist (Thu lunch)

I highly recommend dining at Cintron to JW Marriott guests. The restaurant offers an excellent brunch buffet, as well traditional lunch and dinner dining. My husband and I have eaten all three meals at Cintron on a number of occasions and have always been satisfied with the options and quality of food.

Why did everything seem to be overly salty and full of bacon? Who ever heard of bacon with salmon? Tasted awful. Service was strange as well. Only good thing was the Valrhona chocolate cake. They didn't have bacon and a ton of salt on that!

We have been to Citron many times and have enjoyed everything we have tried. The breakfast buffet of among the very best with a wide variety of options that are well prepared and always fresh. Our server, Lester, was wonderful. He was welcoming, attentive and very pleasant. The Chef, the cooks and Lester get our compliments.

This restaurant was better than expected. We went on a quiet night, as the hotel had a huge conference that weekend and most guests were involved in 24 hour activities. Our waiter was totally accessible. Our meal of French onion soup and filet mignon, was very good. When we return to Orlando we will definitely go back to Citron.

Unfortunatly disappointed with the overall experience having eaten in all of your restaurants both passed and present. the food was very mediocre some of it was cold land lacked the fitness of an establishment such as yours. My husband ordered the scollops cooked to order, even these were cold. So sad considering it was Xmas eve and we have come from England to enjoy your cuisine over the festive period.
