Ciro's Italian Grill
Great service....food was decent
Everything was delicious and our server was wonderful! Highly recommend.
It was a good experience
I am a regular customer. i go there often for a late
lunch or in the evening
It seems that the lunch hostess does not honor my requests for a quiet table .
over the last year it is the same issue. My friend and i both have hearing aids. we don’t request a certain table but just ask for a quiet one.
she insists on giving us a table where it is noisy.
I will have to quit going if thus continued.
i have gone to this restaurant for years
with Anita Macaione Brown when she was alive and my family as well.
we specifically arrive at 1 or later to miss the lunch crowd.
i am really tired of having a rude hostess give me a hard time.
you may call me at 281-750-2677
Took 20 minutes to get any type service once seated. Water glasses never refilled. Total dinner time was 2 hours due to wait staff slow service
Always good! We love Ciro’s. Great food and great service.
Food very good but prices are to the high side overall OK not exceptional
Very family oriented restaurant. 30-40% children. Very loud with a lot of commotion. Food is just ok, very little flavor.
Food was very tasty, quite flavorful. Service was good, though waiter was quite busy. Very good caraf table wine (Chianti) large enough to keep 4 people happy. Noise level fairly high, but we could have a conversation without shouting too much. Place was very busy. Be sure to get a reservation in advance.
The noise level was extremely. The waiter we had was wonderful and had a great sense of humor.
The meal, service and restaurant overall was very pleasant and fine for conversing (Noise level was moderate).
Enjoyed 5he meal and will return again.
Always great food and tasty desserts. Very attentive service and awesome drinks. My wife and I enjoy it and look forward to every time we dine at Ciros.
Blackened salmon special & “ Laurel Ann” were our 2 entrees of choice. Delicious! Service was OUTSTANDING!
Super friendly service, very elegant ambience, and not bad prices!
I love Ciro's and how everyone treats you like you are family!
Its really changed a lot over time. The service was straight up bad. Waiters just standing around on their phones, Peroni was hot and continually looking for our waiter. It used to be one of our favorite places for lunch but I think we will be looking for a new go too.
We were seated immediately and visited by our server. It was particularly busy this evening - maybe due to pre- Valentine diners. We had very good service and the food was excellent. It was extremely noisy in the alcove we were in. Other than that, we enjoyed our dinner.
Great service...chicken Caesar salad was not the best I have had.
We were given and charged the wrong bill; seriously how could that happen; unsure when I will go back
We were there for a business lunch, so a quiet spot was important. They seated us in the outside covered and enclosed patio area around a corner. Very conducive in conducting business. BTW, the food is GREAT and the service TERRIFIC! This was my second time and both experiences consistently excellent.
The server made us feel extremely rushed in the process of ordering. After main courses before the rest of my family was done my pizza had been cleared and packed. At one point even though my mother was eating all plates on the table were cleared and she was the only one left with cutlery and plates on the table. After giving us the desert menu it took our server 20 minutes to come get our order. Despite the reservation note saying it was my mother's birthday and me confirming with the hostess before we sat down our "Tiramisu" was just put on the table without a candle or any message.
I had high hopes for a family friendly good food lunch but unfortunately this was far from the case.
Food took unreasonably long and not only our table but all tables around us. Order was incorrect after all the wait and the food that arrived was poorly executed.
Even when trying to pay the bill I had to “track down” the manger that took my card after several minutes of waiting.
Wanted to support local restaurants but we will not be returning.
Food had no seasoning. Fish was overpriced and bland tasting. Very disappointed.
always fun here. birthday for friend. Nice day. One dish, the Hilton Salad, was not enjoyed by guest.
Fabulous meal. Best Italian food in Houston!
Wonderful service from the host to the waiter to the manager! Love it !!!
Ciros is the best family restaurant around. The waitstaff is great, food is yummy and it is reasonably priced. We recommend it to everyone and probably go at least once a week!
My favorite Family Italian in Houston for 30 years. Great food and wine very reasonably priced. Every time I go, it's like going home.
Had 6:30 reservation and wasn’t seated till 6:55. Reservation meant nothing!
Absolutely without a doubt the best Italian restaurant in Houston! Had another wonderful experience at Ciro's just like I did 30 years ago at Ciro's original location. Can't wait to return.
Always amazing! Never disappoints!
If you have a family with 5-11 year olds, this is a great place to go. The kids love it and the adults can relax with a glass of wine and good Italian food.
Great service and great table.
We love this place. They are very accommodating with the kids and loved the small band they had.
Best restaurant in Houston overall. Love it.
We went on New Years Eve, so it was quite crowded, but had a reservation and got our table outside on the patio within 5 mins of our reserved time. The band on the patio was a nice surprise and we really enjoyed it. Bellini was tasty, but not much alcohol in it. I had the spinach gnocchi with Italian sausage that I would highly recommend. The service was a little slow on refills of drinks and water. I will return to try more dishes.
Celebrated our anniversary with good friends with a great meal in the Wine Room. Excellent service, and compliments all around the table on the food.
Came here for a birthday dinner and it was a great experience. I forgot our server’s name but he was incredible. Service started with warm bread and olive oil dip. Our server recommended a soup that wasn’t on the menu and the soup was freshly cooked. You can tell it wasn’t sitting on a warm pot. Everyone enjoyed their dish, I ordered the chicken parmigiana with fettuccine alfredo. The alfredo sauce was the best I ever had. This may depend on which server you get but he added some time between courses so we’re not fully stuffed. For desert we all ordered some espressos and they were hot and tasted great. Highly recommend the tiramisu, one can feed about 2-5 people. Can’t wait to come back. Only rated 4 stars for ambiance as the website stated live-music everyday, but we didn’t see any the night we were there. (12-27-19)
Great family restaurant and the pizzas are very good.
