   I have been to Savannah several times and this has been the best dining experience yet. I was dining alone, treating myself to a nice dinner. I splurged and ordered an appetizer of crab croquettes, a beet salad, seafood boulliabasse , and a pecan cheesecak dessert (which I had to take home!). Everything was delicious! I will make sure I eat here every time I'm in Savannah.

   Great food and excellent service. The only issue we have is the tables are close together and a private conversation is not possible. However, we have been there several times and now the layout. However, a first time guest may find the the seating arrangement tighter then they would expect for the high quality of the overall restaurant.

   We went for our anniversary and requested a private area in the reservation. We were immediately taken to a table along a wall with bench seating about 10 inches away from another couple. We requested to move to a table that was not so close to other diners ( it was early and the dining room had very few diners) and were seated a bit away. Still bench seating along the wall. Our service was excellent, truly top notch. We had the octopus appetizer which was also excellent. Unfortunately, the clam chowder was over reduced and the pork chop over cooked. Nothing bad enough to send back, but disappointing. We are Savannahians and have memories of Circa being wonderful.

   I am a local customer and this is one of my favorite Savannah restaurants. On this most recent visit, the service was too slow and we were seated downstairs where the atmosphere is poor. The atmosphere upstairs is fun and enjoyable. I usually rate this restaurant with all 5s.

   Escargo, Foi gras and salad were amazing, very tasty, fresh ingredients and beautiful presentation. Great customer service. Cant wait to go back.

   The service and ambience were great. Our starter and salad were excellent. For the mains the trout was excellent but the white fish was extremely dry and not pleasant. There was barely any sauce so it was hard to eat. Sad to get such a poor quality dish when everything else was delicious.

   I booked for a business meeting. This was the first time here. My wife and I met up with our party at the bar. The Amaretto Sour was very nicely done. Dinner was quite good. We ordered all seafood dishes: scallops were prepared perfectly, the special fish of the day was amazing , and the bouillabaisse was the best I’ve ever tasted anywhere. This is definitely on the return list to come back and enjoy.

    The server Alexis was amazing. The hostess on the other hand sat us at a table for a romantic dinner in the hot basement, next to a screaming baby and a woman using her flashlight to see the menu. Romantic ambiance was awful. It would have made more sense to sit us in a booth away from screaming children. We did note our special occasion, she acknowledged it, didn’t seem to matter.
