        What a wonderful dinner! In town for a wedding , made reservations at Ciao Bella based on reviews. The four of us loved the food, server was extra special good ( wish i could remember her name) staff very attentive. Cannot recommend highly enough!

        This is our go to place in the western metro for Italian food. Very good with consistent food quality and service. Patio is one of our favorites in the warm weather months.

        I came in with my girlfriend last Saturday to celebrate our one-year anniversary, and unfortunately, our experience was really disappointing. The hostesses were incredibly kind and welcoming, which started the night off on a great note. They seated us by the fireplace and made it feel like a special occasion. But once we were seated, our server was cold, inattentive, and borderline rude. He barely checked on us, never refilled my water, and didn’t notice I hadn’t touched my own meal until I’d finished sharing my girlfriend’s instead. When I did mention that I didn’t enjoy it, his reaction made me feel like I was being difficult, not like a guest he wanted to help. The manager was polite when she came over, but the overall service left us feeling uncomfortable and overlooked. At one point, our server dropped off the dessert menu without even looking at us or saying a word. It was awkward and honestly kind of upsetting for a night that was supposed to feel special. I don’t know if he was just having an off night or if something else was going on, but as a same-sex couple, the coldness made us wonder if maybe we weren’t welcome. I hope that’s not the case, but I wanted to share honestly in case it helps improve things for others. On a positive note, my girlfriend’s chicken parmigiana was delicious and the portion was huge—we both ended up sharing it and really enjoyed it.
