Nice restaurant and the service was great. The only reason I gave the food 3 stars is because my pasta was partially warm and some of it was cold. This isn’t how it has been in the past so I was a little surprised!
Love this place! We have been going here for years and have never had a bad meal.
Amazing! I can’t wait to go back. Everything was exceptional.
We had the pleasure of celebrating a family birthday on the patio at Caio Bella. The waiter (John) gave us excellent service and truly made my husband feel special. As always, the food was delicious. It was such a treat to enjoy an unusually warm early April afternoon and take advantage of outdoor dining.
ordered traditional bruschetta but received a avacado based bruschetta.
Excellent servers and apps were outstanding along with the drinks. Salmon special super dry and disappointing though. Also prices have definitely increased substantially
Great food and great service. Wish there were more pasta options without seafood.
My meal was excellent, but what made it great was my server Jennifer. She was delightful and helped me navigate through some Italian wine I wanted to try and then completely changed my mind and went back to good ol California wines. Great recommendations from her and it made my dining by myself so very nice.
First of all, let me preface with the context that our ABSOLUTE favorite restaurant in the twin cities area is Zelo, which has been closed since Covid hit. We had no clue Ciao Bella was their sister restaurant, until about a week prior to our visit.
We were so stoked to see if the experience would be similar, as the menu does have a lot of similarities. We found the food quality and options to be just as amazing, and even ordered a couple of things that were identical to what we'd had at Zelo in the past.
The service was topnotch, which we were super happy about. Our server's been working there for 9 years, which is very telling.
The only thing that we weren't super fond of was the ambience. Zelo is a bit more private in it's seating design, as well as a more intimate vibe. Ciao Bella's floor is very open, so obviously not as private, nor as quite as what we'd prefer.
We can't wait to go back. SO happy we found them. Such an awesome spot.
Always excellent food and great service.
Wonderful experience as usual!
Mushroom/brie flatbread was disappointing. Little cheese on it at all. Server was a little snippy to the gentleman in our company. Rude, to be honest.
We will be back - eventually.
We are never disappointed with a stop at Ciao Bella! The food is delicious and the service is always spot on!
Can’t say enough good things! Eat here!!!!!!!
Gets too loud in there. But absolutely LOVE LOVE my happy place
Kate is a great server. Thank you
Heather our server made the dining experience outstanding. We were celebrating two birthdays and all four of us receiving the Covid vaccine. Heather’s service was perfectly paced and was very informative about the various menu selections. For all four of us the food is very important (Ciao Bella is always good) but the dining experience is the main thing and so much of that depends on our wait server. So thanks Heather and Ciao Bella for helping us enjoy a wonderful dining experience.
Beautiful place, amazing food and the service was outstanding ❤️
Absolutely amazing food. Enjoyed everything we ordered. I will be back!
As always the food and service were superb. Great to see so may people they on Tuesday night even though socially distanced
Great service. Great good.
The food is always amazing here. If something isn't done quite right, they make it right and quickly do so. The staff and service is of high standard and we consider Ciao to be one of our favorite places. It is particularly loud, however.
Our favorite restaurant bar none! First time back since last summer. Service was impeccable. Our server, Katie, was fantastic. Felt very safe and great to be back
Love ciao Bella. Hate the masks that have ZERO science behind them. No mask can stop a virus even in a sterile environment. Understand the risks to tyrannical Walz shutting you down but wish you’d stand up to him soon or ask for the empirical data supporting masks. There’s none. Will continue to support restaurants.
Best restaurant around! Amazing every time. From the food to the service 11/10!!
Though it was loud during our stay, I would highly recommend the food, service & ambience. We had an AWEsome anniversary dinner
We had a great waiter. Douglas. Food was great. Only issue was it was loud and hard to carry on a conversation in our booth.
Service was great, as well as our food! Shrimp appetizer is unbelievable!
Exceptional service and meals.
Great service, great food, great value
Great food, service, and atmosphere! We highly recommend!!
Amazing service and great food. Would 100% recommend Ciao Bella.
Food and service were wonderful . It is very loud and difficult to carry on a normal conversation over the din but still very enjoyable.
We had a great table by the fireplace- it was wonderful!
Excellent meal and service. Food was delicious. Atmosphere was a bit noisy.
Outstanding dinner- server was excellent and exceptional! Food was really good and menu options are vast.
Always enjoy the food. One of our favorite restaurants in the TC.
First time in a restaraunt since Lockdown. Went early and was happy being quietly in corner. Will go again.
The entire night from the moment we were seated, to our departure from the restaurant was excellent. Our server Melissa was extremely knowledgable, friendly, energetic and genuine. The drinks, Scallops, pasta and Seabass were of the charts. It had been many years since I had been here but it may now be my new most favorite restaurant in town! thank you!
