Ciao Bella is one of my favorite places to dine for all occasions, the staff is warm and friendly, the menu is absolutely delicious, and the ambiance is second to none. I highly recommend a visit to Ciao Bella!
Had such an amazing experience here not once but twice this week! We were so sad when VIVO in Apple valley closed but when we found out Ciao Bella had the same menu we were so excited. The service was amazing and food was as tasty as always! Can’t wait to do take out until restaurants open back up. Thank you!
Awesome food and Melissa was top notch!
Best restaurant in the Twin Cities...!!!!!
Awesome meal and service!
Excellent Italian cuisine! We love eating there any chance we can!
Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere. Overall one of the best restaurants to dine at.
Great meal as always!
If you have not yet dined at Ciao Bella, make it your next dining experience. You won’t be disappointed!
We always enjoy our dining experience at Ciao Bella.
We started with the crab cakes, then for the main course it was the sea bass with wasabi potatoes and the spicy crab pasta dish with a side of Alfredo sauce. No surprise it was all outstanding.
Ciao Bella is one of our favorite restaurants in town. Always great food, great service and very friendly staff.
What a great oasis during COVID-19. Pasta was homemade. Service great. And felt super safe. Accompanied by seven year old as well and kids menu was fantastic. Will be going more regularly.
Everything about our experience was outstanding except the noise level of the table nearest us was obnoxiously loud, especially considering a pandemic is ongoing. That negatively affected an otherwise wonderful experience.
Excellent meal. Excellent service as always and a beautiful ambiance.
Nikki was our server (I believe), and Santiago were fabulous so could not say more about the service. Santiago 'the bread guy' is the best! Look forward to seeing him every time over the last almost 20 years. The Braziliana Salad, my favorite was not as I remembered it flavor wise. I have eaten it a million times, as it is my go-to, but it was off somehow. The ambiance is effected by Covid. I did not appreciate the Salmon being farm raised, as I expect more from Ciao Bella based on price point and standard.
The Mushroom Risotto was amazing. Overall great per usual.
The outdoor dining was great. The food was prepared well and served with skill. Great wine list and well made cocktails. You won't be diappointed.
Great food and service reasonably priced with a beautiful ambiance.
Fired on all cylinders. Service staff on point.
The staff was courteous, polite, and professional. The food was over-the-top amazing! I had the walleye special and my husband had the filet mignon. We ended up getting another steak for free, since the waitress had inadvertently grabbed the wrong (sized) steak from the kitchen. Had a after-dinner drink in the bar. Overall, it was a great experience!
We were in the back room and it was dark.
The service, ambiance and food is always outstanding!
Consistently good food, great, friendly service, and beautiful patio setting!
Outdoors is fabulous. CiaoBella. Food consistently excellent.
Plexiglass up around booths, the staff was well masked, the place looked clean and....they still had tables outdoors. Sadly not for long! We went all summer long to their outdoor dining. I hope they can stay afloat as it is a great place to grab a last minute dinner or drink.
Our service was outstanding
One of the best Italian restaurants in twin cities. Variety of dishes is great and food taste amazing.
We enjoyed wonderful food and service as usual. Recommend highly.
Small plates seared tuna ahi, ahi tuna spring roll and bruschetta were wonderful. Halibut specials were exceptional. Small serving desserts were really good and just the right size. This will be our new place to eat. Service was excellent but noise level was kind of high even though the restaurant wasn’t full. Very nice ambiance especially by the fireplace.
We would have preferred to eat in the dining room and not off to the side separated.
We would have given 5 stars for the food and our server, but had another issue with the person refilling water glasses. We had mentioned before in another review how the person filling the water glasses just suddenly came up and reached across our large booth to refill our glasses. During this pandemic we are not at all comfortable with this practice and would have been glad to move the glasses to the outer edge of our table for refilling. If the staff at Ciao Bella is reading these comments, please do try to improve on this practice. Thank you!
Dinner, as always was outstanding. Took a friend there it was her first time and she loved it. I am a devoted follower for 25 years and I’m always happy when my company enjoys it as much as I do
Great food, service and ambience! Love this place!
I was disappointed, especially because my first meal at Ciao Bella was so good and I had high expectations. This was my second time visiting. I ordered the same thing (Tuscan kale salad and the herbed salmon) and both dishes tasted totally different. The dressing was waaay too sweet (too much maple syrup?) and that is not why I ordered a salad. I could barely eat it. The salmon tasted like sea-water, was over cooked and the flavors didn’t blend. Wondering if the chef on Sunday is different from who I had on Friday night.
Excellent service and food. Safe with protocols.
Amazing food, service, menu and atmosphere! Love this place.
Excellent service and the sea bass was superb!
Servers, food, and experience is always 10/10!
The bar area was not practicing social distancing and was noisy and packed and no masks . I know it is the place to meet for singles but being able to get a table on the opposite end of the bar helped we love going there the food and service is always great but the bar was VERY noisy and the no distancing and being very crowded will keep us away except for take out
